I fixed that. That's one of the things that isn't an issue anymore. Game no longer checks for anything that the Dev added as extra DRM including .Bat files. The old fixes that got removed (I didn't do it) all worked again as well. My goal was to get the 3 fixed that I had seen on here to work. Intially all I did was create an enabler for the DRM but some reason the links for the DRM removers were removed and I had them all downloaded so decided to just provide the simplest one which didn't require running a .bat or .cmd. I just never tested to see if the game ran without Unren.bat first and the files I altered were done after I ran it cause unsure of how to do it any other way. It may not work as is with next update but it's not a hard fix to get around. Ren'Py is a terrible thing for devs to try and implement extra DRM on cause of how simple it is to get around it. I will say a lot of people were doing some convoluted methods but it was always a simple fix but no one looked for what was causing the issue. I just happen to have a habit of going into Ren'Py games files and finding what I can and can't edit to cheat in games. ATM I'm working on D'Legacy to figure out how to cheat in it without errors poping up every time the player has a stat change. I have 0 knowledge on how to make a user friendly interface so it's only for people that know console commands. I usually don't share them. I do wish I knew how to create something that it was just buttons but it's not my forte.
