Most novels aren't choose your own adventure either. Just adding Visual to the front doesn't guarantee that either. Especially not when the post is tagged very clearly as being Kinetic. VN on most of these sites just means the type of system used, not that it has lots of choices. It's just to differentiate from Unity or RPGM games.
Why do you keep asking about that in game threads? I mean, do you even realise how unreasonable of a request that is? The developer would first have to rig an entire new model of the MC (which is no small task in and of itself!) and then he would have to redo literally every single sex scene in the entire game! And on top of that, he would have to rewrite any mentions of the MC's endowment to better suit an extremely niche thing that probably not even 1% of all players will ever use at all.
My advice to you is thusly: Stop going into game threads and asking that they change almost the entire game just to suit your one weird demand! Instead try to find games that actually do cater to your kink.

Hey i am new to the game and just wondering if these girls (karina, amber, erica, amelia and katherine) are suppose to be the same age? or different ages? I was thinking their ages from youngest to oldest is karina - amber/erica/amelia - katherine/jettica. Not asking for specific ages just difference in age.

karina is supposed to be about the same age as amber. also the youngest 2 of the bunch
amelia and erica slightly older, more mature and about the same as each other.
Katherine is slightly older than erica, but a little less mature jettica is sameish age as katherine, but as mature as as erica, if not more.
