I am so happy to see the sheer intensity of the backlash against Visa and Mastercard. If they thought they had their hands full with Collective Shout, well, that pressure was nothing compared to the pressure they're under now.

But I think the whole Collective Shout thing was just the scapegoat for a plan they've had in place for years. I think they were going to do this regardless, and Collective Shout is just the face they've put on this.

In any case, with itch.io already reindexing adult games (long as they're free), that tells me this latest attempt at global censorship is failing.

And now, you have a lot of people, who have woken up and are paying attention...

Gosh, don't ya just hate it when you're a game developer, and somebody leaks early preview artwork onto a piracy forum?
It's especially annoying when you're the one leaking your own content:



I'm going to have to have a talk with myself about leaking preview art weeks before the next update.


Ah, but in all seriousness, this whole debacle with Collective Shout, Visa, and Mastercard has helped to motivate me. And Natalie here is a good representation of groups like Collective Shout. So, you could say I'm feeling more "passionate" about redoing her capturing and brainwashing scenes.

This time around, Zach is going to have some fun with this broken toy before Re Educating her.

Ya know, layered images are a bit of a bitch to set up, at least initially. (Especially when you're dealing with like, 4 layers.)

But once you get them set up, they allow for quick and easy scene customizing!

Oh by the way whilst I'm here I may as well bring to light something possibly related to the whole Collective Shout debacle. My Twitter/X account was permanently banned from advertising, despite following Grok's instructions to create an ad that was safe to post.

No warning, no clarification on what is safe to post, just a permanent ban, and a "fuck you!"

Zach sub paths do exist, but currently the graphics for those paths are broken.

Strictly feminized? No, at least, not yet.

I have been entertaining the idea of him wearing pink latex shorts and being given injections to shrink his cock.

In a broader criticism, I find the narrative significantly more compelling than the CGs. I'm more interested in the various branches (especially sub branches) being expanded over refining of the visuals.

well the writing shook me off the game for a bit (lot more serious than I was expecting) but seeing the art as it is now, it looks quite nice, very interesting stylized look.
One thing I will lament is that, looking at the flowchart for the prologue, I'd have to really force myself to engage with like half the routes in the game. shame the regular brainwashed path seems to be turning her into a mindless doll (I don't get the appeal, why make a sex doll with more maintenance?), but the fanservice path looks to be exactly what the doctor ordered.

Can you clarify what you mean by half the screen being black? Perhaps a screenshot?

The older backgrounds were done in 720p and I changed the game's resolution to 1080p when I started the redesign. Ren'py does not automatically scale graphics, so instead of going in and scaling up every old BG which is getting replaced anyway, I just left them, with a note that they are essentially placeholder art.
