This game has been abandoned.
See the developer's note on their Patreon page.
That's it, folks, game over
Thanks for the heads up.

To Zureth: No hard feelings here. You did what you wanted to do for how long you did. Good luck to you in what you do next.

Wait... It got abandoned again?! You can't be serious!
Making $50 a month with a game isn't much of a profit. I was quitting my regular job to make a game for people to enjoy "for free." I have rent to pay, food to buy, and a lot of people don't see that. That's why I abandoned the project, because I didn't have the necessary support. Everyone wants the project to happen, but nobody wants to contribute to making it happen.

Just saying; you can't really expect to make more than $50 after ONE release (maybe 2? I don't think I remember a 2nd one). It takes time to build up a following and an audience. If you went into this project trying to make $4,000+ more per month, then you went into it for the wrong reason to begin with and that is why this project failed. This site can help build it and when you get an active chat for a game, people take notice and they start to read through and see what is going on and then you build a fanbase. I'm sure if you had released a few more bits in order to entice people to try and help fund it, you may have had it...because you didn't have a single backer when you started it and still found a way to get it started...

Last version was 1.3 , So.. three releases. Anyway.. As I said before, I don't live for free, like everyone else in this world, but it seems some people just don't understand.

You're right; you don't understand. 3 releases and you're expecting a truck load of cash to be thrown your way? That's not how good developers actually work in this area. You can't just manifest that shit and expect it to work out for you on your time frame.

People don't support someone heavily whenever they're just getting started on a project. They see that you're dedicated, consistent, and your quality never dips. THAT is when you make money at this. 2 updates (one was a release, so that can't be called an 'update') and you're pouting and throwing a temper tantrum because you didn't get to the point of making over $2,000 a month. That's just unrealistic expectations and it shows what your actual premise was in starting this and that's why you failed. You valued the money coming in over giving a good and consistent product. Either have a story to tell and tell it and get rewarded for it, or be a failure and cry about lack of support when you supplied a lack of content. You chose the latter and sulking about it.

Think about games on Steam that start in Early Access. The amount of money that is made in the first year can't be that great, but it's something. $50 isn't the world, but expecting to be able to drop your job within the first year of putting out a project is just absurd thinking and shows lack of commitment and planning. So take your L and move on.

Don't talk about me if you don't know me. I never said I wanted to earn $2,000 a month or anything close to it, but I can't work my regular 8-hour day job, then stay another 6 hours until 2 AM, sleep for a measly 6 hours, and repeat the whole process for just $50 more. I never intended to get rich from this, but I did want to see an increase in earnings as the project progressed. I gave up well-paying jobs to continue working on this project, so I respectfully ask that if you don't know me or my financial situation, please stop suggesting things I should do or that I "made a mistake" by doing them. At least be grateful that I tried to revive the game like everyone else. If you don't like it, don't come back to this thread.

Just the fact that you're being pedantic about what I said proves that most of what I said was right...why else would you cherry pick the argument?

You're right, I didn't say "$2,000 a month" but if you're talking about "quitting your job and having your life be funded from this" why are you doing it for less than $2,000 a month? It's just simple deduction, man.

Also, your timeline is more of a "pity party" than anything else. No one said you needed to work on it for 6 hours a night and get 6 hours of sleep a night. That's you just being whiny and hoping that people will "see that I was struggling and lack of money doesn't give me the motivation to do it." If you truly wanted to revive this project, like you claimed in the beginning, then just working for an hour or 2 a night would suffice. "...but I did want to see an increase in earnings as the project progressed" who doesn't? But, again, you had 2 releases (fixing spelling errors isn't really a 'release') 1.0 and 1.2. How are you expecting to make more with only "one legit" update after the initial release? It sounds like you didn't get into this with very real expectations and those expectations weren't met so you "took your ball and went home".

You came at this project with "I liked the original idea and it sucked that it got abandoned, but I think I have a great story to tell with this. Let's try and put something to it." Which is a great way to think about it, but you quit before you really did anything and now you're mad at me for calling you out on your lack of vision on this entire ordeal. That's fine. I can be your scapegoat, I couldn't care less. But you having this mentality of "I gave up well-paying jobs to continue working on this project..." that was all on you man. You had this delusion that you were going to start making "well-paying job money" within, what, 4-6 months? Not very realistic on your end. But to come into the thread and trash people for not funding you when you gave them little confidence to even do so from the start and quit your jobs thinking that "this is my way to riches!" is 100% on you and your lack of true knowledge of what you were doing. You could've always just taken your time and said things like "I'm working on it when I can, but my job holds me back" and if you give updates? People will forgive the delays in releases. But to flat out say "I quit making it because none of you were paying me enough to keep going" is just a bad vibe overall.

Feel free to ban me from this thread if you want, but there is nothing that I said that wasn't the truth...and we all know that The Truth Hurts. Sorry, man.

First, I don't want to offer something that takes a long time to develop and that keeps draining people's money. That's why I made the effort to release three versions—I repeat, three releases—every three months at most. Even the Patreon supporters know that I told them if I missed the deadline, I would suspend payments and they would get a free month.

Second, do you know how little you can accomplish working only two hours a day? It would be ridiculous to run a project that's updated every six months with minimal content. People were even unsubscribing because of the wait times.

Third, I'll say it again, there were three releases, which is why it's at version 1.3, obviously on Patreon.

Fourth, I only said it wasn't worth continuing a project that took up so much of my time for $50. Don't get me wrong, I didn't blame anyone. People are free to do what they want. Don't put those words in my mouth, because I never complained to the Patrons. There were even people whose plans I had frozen, and they were only paying $2 a month because they were among the first. Do you think I would complain about something like that when I was even trying to get them to pay as little as possible? I'll say it again, you don't know me, and you didn't know the situation with Patreon, so stop talking about me. Because when I first announced on Patreon that I was leaving the project, I didn't get a single negative comment.

Fifth, me angry with you? Never. I'm not that kind of person. Maybe you're projecting.

This is the last thing I'll say. There's no point in continuing to talk to someone who doesn't understand or doesn't want to change their point of view. Someday you'll understand.

I've always thought that in an incest game project, the main character is very important, because the younger the character is, the better. A 14-year-old character creates more morbid curiosity, and with a 20-centimeter penis, even better.

So guys, this project is really good.

Let's support it financially so the game can continue...everyone can help with what they can, even if it's not much. :WeSmart:

You invested a lot into the game and no one can ask for more. I was happy to help you with the early parts of the sequel. And I hope others are grateful for the effort you made.

I was on the team of the original game and have the assets for the characters. So, if anyone wants to spearhead a third iteration of a project that seems cursed at this point... XD What do you say? Challenge accepted? Friendly advice: Do it for the fun not for profit.
