Ok here's my take on the poetry on the synopsis.
He received a ntr rape video of his girlfriend with apparently at least 3 people and was decided to kill them all.
An evil god showed up, and offered him a diff way of having his revenge.
That way was turning the 3 rapists into women and raping them himself, as an added bonus time was turned back to before the rape even happened.
The second image seems to show the rapists former appearances before feminization faded out in the background.

I read that description and immediately my mind went, "People die when they are killed."
Don't forget it's realistic, too.
Id rather a full rewrite than this shit-tier of a MTL. Either wait for a good MTL or fully rewrite it and make your own story cuz goddamn this is useless.
