Wow, this game is very unique. I've not really seen anything like it, and it is easily one of the best games on this site.

I was a little shocked by the combination of this game's tone and its slow burn nature. Not usually the combo with a comedy romp. Usually the MC is knee deep in pussy like five seconds in. This is by no means a bad thing. I'm super hyped for a comedy with deep relationships with the LIs and a slower build up towards sex. It was just a little jarring at first to fill out the scene gallery and realize there is no sex yet, but once you see the direction this game is going it becomes a non-issue (as long as you're not looking for a quick fap).

If you're looking for a quick fap, despite many other games with a similar comedy tone, this game is not for you. It is a deep slow burn. That said, there is a lot of teasing content so far, and it is quite possibly the best animation I've seen on this site, hands down. Normally teasing scenes for me are hot, but don't get me going sexually, but the animations here are just that good. Even the non-lewd animations are incredible. I'm pretty flabbergasted that the dev is new, and has never animated before, and has no help with this.

I think every single review of this game is enough to prove that how banger it is. Just take my 5s rating and keep this beauty alive. Thanks for your hard work

Time of the review: Episode 02 - Part 01

I think this game has the potential to become one of the greats in this genre. If you played and liked Eternum, you will like this one as well, as it is definitely on a similar level in terms of quality.

The dev uses the Honey Select Engine and animations to its fullest. I can not remember any game, that actually bothered to animate anything outside of maybe some sex scenes. Here we have a dev, who actually puts in effort and animates just some random scenes during the story, which adds quite a lot to immersion, and it just is nice to see. Also, I obviously always appreciate when devs do not just use the standard, pre-made, sex scenes that come with Honey Select but actually create their own.

The humour is exactly what I like (it's been a while I actually laughed out loud playing a porn game), but this is highly subjective and, depending on what you want, could also turn off a few people. It is very "anime-y" in feel and execution.

Sound and music seem fine, not much out of the ordinary, but tbh. I see that as a plus, as usually the biggest sin of these games is to not add any music or sound at all.

I definitely will follow the dev and hope he keeps at it with this quality, if you can spare the few bucks, I can just encourage people to support their endeavours.

I think I never laughed that much playing a VN, it's such a dumb slapstick humor that works perfectly with the sound effects, it reminds me of Grand Blue in a way. It's a must to play with sound on.

The renders are about average tbh, there is some really pretty ones but also others with lighting issues that make the skin tones and face complexions kinda weird. However there is a clear evolution in render quality as the game progresses so kudos to that.

Animation wise is something else entirely, plenty of high quality ones that complement the sexy and humorous scenes really well. Speaking of sexy, the lewd scenes are well crafted with tension, dialogues, music and the animations working together in it's favor.

The plot itself is very tropey, and, so far, didn't develop enough to differentiate itself from other games, besides the geat humour. The cast is diverse and lovable, if you're into the wholesome vanilla romance with your 'landlady and roomates' there is lot to like here.

Can't wait enough for the next update and specially more content with Grace! The best of wishes to the dev.

The updates do take quite some time to come but this doesn't make the game worse. (Looking forward to the next updates!)

Loved this game. The scenes where developer appeared was pure gold in my opinion (just my type of humor). It's really creative and should get more traction than it currently has, but seeing how rarely updates are coming out it just don't have enough exposure. Really hope developer will continue to carve this gem into a rightful masterpiece it can be.

This game slaps harder than Chun Li''s thunder thighs as she walks. Hilariously well done and lovable characters, a pretty damn interesting plot, environment at times can be better rendered (really just the house at certain scenes but overall fine), but character models are chef's kiss. Also I gotta applaud with Chloe and Grace. I am for one not into petite women that often, but holy hell is she just adorable. GRACE THOUGH GODDAMN! Let it be known muscle women ain't my type either but DAYUM. Her character model is exquisite but not just that her personality is out of this world! Her and MC's banter is just so damn perfect and hilarious, combined with how down atrocious she is for said MC is peak upon peak.

With that long yap session about me gushing over. This game gets an easy 4.5/5. Literally just wish the game was longer with more content for the girls.

*A review of EP2 P1 version

Pros:

- Story. Honestly, I didn't expect much, I mean, MC lives with his mom and his sisters...not smth original. The more surprised I was - the plot is captivating, unique, it makes you wanting to see more and more.

- Characters. Well written characters each with their own personality, everybody is intriguing in their own way. I also liked how they were introduced at the start.

- Audio. Music/Audio really helps to create the atmosphere during some scenes. For each scene Dev mannaged to select a suitable audio.

- Humor. A lot of hilarious moments through out the game, though sometimes it goes overboard if you ask me, but most part of the game it's fantastic

- Writing. Dialogues are very good, while reading them you actually believe that characters are alive.

Cons (few thing that actually bothered me in a game):

1) I played quite a few HS games and I know that I shouldn't expect super realistic graphics from it, but there were at least few renders that caught my attention - on this renders MC's hands were too small, like child's ones, that was off putting to say the least. I never actually paid attention to such details in HS games and the fact that I noticed it here says a lot.

2) Humor is great, but when it goes overboard it stopes being funny and starts getting annoying, like MC's hatred towards kids, I mean - I got that he doesn't like them after first scene, but to some moment game just kept focusing on that, or the scene with thugs and their names, of course it's subjective, but personally I would like there to be some kind of balance.

3) I found lewds extremely long and boring, I dunno, maybe it's because I am more into the story than erotic part of the game, but - too many unnecessarily dialogues during the scenes, internal thoughts of MC, add to this also endless comments from Narrator and here we are, I skipped through last Cadence lewd scene, at least last part of it

4) At some moment the whole Stella's storyline became boring, Uni tour and cinema scene and scenes in between, this trope of naive/shy girl is so overused, after reading how embarrassed she is with MC - even I started feeling embarrassed while reading it at some moment hence I skipped through some dialogues with her which is very very rare for me, later it became better though, good that I didn't close her path.

Anyways despite a few things here and there in general I enjoyed the game very much, I definitely didn't expect the game to be so... captivating.
I would give it 4.5/5 = 5 stars.

This is a gem, great game. Probably too much animation but everything is done at a very high quality. Story is interesting and unique, this is a plot based game. Characters are well written, MC doesnt have a horse cock, and there is a good amount of player choice. One of the better games out there

This game is absolutely incredible, and it has a shocking amount of content for only 2 episodes.

The Writing: I'll be clear and say I rarely play these games for the plot. I'm normally much more interested in "the plot". But the writing in this game is genuinely compelling. Most notably for me, the humor is spot on in this game, which is such a rarity for me. I normally find that humor in adult games miss far more often than they hit. They are often cringy or dated, and so on. But I laughed out loud probably like a dozen times while playing Realm Invader. On top of that, the characters are lovable and fun, the story and world are interesting, etc. It's just great overall

The Visuals: Wow, the animation in this game is incredible. Seriously, even visual gags in this game are animated with more care than most other games' sex scenes. The sex is hot, the action is engaging, the lighting is great, and the models are all varied and beautiful.

My only complaint about this game is that I want more. Praying that this dev keeps up with this game and completes it, because it's a shining star among the piles of cliched crap that we see posted to this site every day.

Randomly stumbled upon this gem while scrolling through the top rated games. I can see why it's rated so high. Rarely have I been so hooked, especially after playing dozens and dozens of games. This one is really something special, and I can't wait for more. Big ups to the dev. Please know that you're creating something great.

In terms of animation, this game definitely comes out on top.

The storyline is still in its setup phase, but the overall quality is top-notch. The female characters, in particular, are very charming, and the game has a wicked sense of humor that's really entertaining.

Considering the creator's current situation, supporting this game is definitely worth it. After all, spending a little to get a few hours of joy is totally worth it, right?

I wouldn't say it's the best game I've ever played, but it's definitely among the top in many aspects.

Stunning visuals, music is used well to support the scenes, the humor is great, the animations are great, the writing sucks you in and the dialogue flows really well.
The girls are all gorgeous and memorable and there wasn't a character yet I did not want to know more about.
The sex scenes were hot - well written and beautifully animated.
I also loved the slightly cartoonish humor scenes - it's rare that a game makes me laugh out loud.

The story seems to be in its early stages, but what we have is quite intriguing. There's also a lot more content than it being ep 2 would suggest - the story content will keep you busy for several hours, even if you're a qick reader like me.
I'll definitely keep an eye on this one. Quality like this is worth waiting patiently for.

This is the 2nd time an AVN has compelled me to write a review. Greatness should be recognized and Realm Invader is greatness!

Invader Gary has raised the bar. Realm Invader is on another level. I've never laughed so much from an AVN and when I'm not laughing I'm smiling. The characters are interesting and the story is captivating. The writing is intelligent, witty, and clearly a work of passion.

More of this!

Might be the best VN I have played yet. Funny, original, clever, hot.

I have to be honest, I skip a lot of dialogue in porn games. Like a lot. Hell, I even skip forward in most movies and tv shows. But writing here is insanely good, dialogue is to the point. Almost zero filler, unlike most VNs. None of that deep lore dive, no unending lines on describing their trouble in school/work etc. This is a game about the MC, the girls and the sexual/romantic dynamic between them. That´s what porn games are about (to me anyways) - about sex, about those doing the sex, and everything that leads to/stems from the sex. Be it romance, horniness ... being a slave... Interactive erotic romance novel (usually) aimed more towards the guys. Something lot of other developers don´t seems to get.

But don´t take me wrong. There is lore, there is world building. But to add depth to the characters, not to be the star of the show. Every character has plenty of personality, including the main protagonist. Dialogue (and internal monologue) is funny and engaging, while keeping our primal side of mind occupied with tasteful H type of humour/tension/meta.

Music is amazing, lots of tracks, each chosen with lyrics in mind specifically for each scene.

Despite me mentioning "sex" like five times earlier, there aren´t actually that many H scenes, but those that are there are amazing. The scene in the swimming pool/competition might be the hottest piece of animation I have ever seen. The attention to detail when it comes to the girl is incredible, it´s very well textured. Animation is done with high level of polish and thought as well (looks really realistic, with the way the character is changing between several motions without a cut).

The only downside is it´s far from finished (room for plenty more chapters). Also no voice (or sound effects) in H scenes but that´s both kinda rare and personal perference. Otherwise, nothing but praise. It was so good I had to write my first review. Kudos do the dev and good luck with the development, I truly think this is a special game.

Anyway, I'm...honestly impressed with this game. The story's pretty unique, the humor is simply insane and is absolutely right up my alley, the renders are decent, the worldbuilding is just flat-out bonkers, the music is awesome, and the characters feel like they're so alive with all of the animated expressions and movements that they showcase outside the lewds.

Only issues I have I suppose is that the Dev character feels overdone (like, I don't mind that he exists, but he feels like he's a character who overstays his welcome and would've been better had his presence be used sparingly), the opening is a bit on the weak side and had to be powered through to get to the good stuff, the main character looks a little TOO generic and it would've been better if the dev gave him a little bit of love, some of the camera angles look a bit "off" like some closeups look out of center and such, and the UI feels sluggish at times.

Other than that, I absolutely adore this thing and I would play it even without the lewds. Will definitely watch this thing with great interest. 4.5/5 stars.

1. The LIS are beautiful, loveable, cute and believable as well enjoyable and fun to be around... And did I already say just CUTE and ADORABLE ?
(Chloe is the most adorable and BEST girl I have ever seen in AVNs and Stella... Cadence DDD Grace, Noelle, ´Neeta.

2. The HUMOR oh my god THE HUMOR... I have laughed DOZENS OF TIMES... Dozens... Like atleast 50 times... My whole Tuesday and morning of Wednesday was interwoven with laughing, chuckling, giggling and literally LMAOs .
The humor in this AVN is so perfect, so funny, so astute and complex and just so damn enjoyable and perfect, perfect, perfect... Nothing else. The Funniest AVN... (Now imagine if this was the only positive trait of this AVN, it would be gold just for this... But it is not - we have LIS, Humor, Music, Story, Atmosphere and grammar - almost flawless and well made and fit syntax and such, AKA Easy to read. ((if you want)). And THE MEMES XDxdXDxD (((Friendship ended with Chloe, now my best friend is... xdXDXxD)))

3. Music... Again, on point, everything about it... From those little sound effect to add to the scene or meme sounds, or just goofy samples etc.
All of them added to the overally amazing AVN scenes, and convey what it set to do. The music was goofy, funny, sad and beautiful just in place it needed to be and enhanced this AVN to another level... (DOOM and Spider, Meme sounds, Breakdacing in cinema, Ice-cream parlor, End Credits for Episode 2 part 1 and soooo muuuch more).

4. The story... It´s interesting, gripping, I couldn´t pull myself from taking a break (I did though), just that interesting and well crafted it is of a game. The flow was perfect, never did I ever felt bored or that the dialogue was tedious, or pointlessly prolonged or stretched... NEVER... I admire your writing skills among all the others required from you for this AVN, as I have read your post about you beginning part 2 and taking a break before starting and how hard it must be for you...

BUT JUST KNOW: YOU ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB AND PIECE OF ART, AS THIS CAN BE, I BELIEVE, ON OF THE BEST AVNs EVER... And I am not even stretching this praise... Far from it, as my feelings of everything, as I have stated before, I have got from this AVN were, and are, genuine and for that I am thankful Invader Gary.

5. The Atmosphere overally... And by that I mean all the aspects, I have already mentioned combined together: Perfection , nothing less, rather much more.

Alright, let's dive into "Realm Invader." This game has really impressed me on multiple fronts, and here's why:

Immersive Audio Experience
First off, the music and sound effects are top-notch. The background sounds really pull you into the game and make every scene come to life. It's one of those things you don't always notice until it's done right, and here, it's spot on.

Hilarious Moments
Now, let's talk about the humor. This developer has a great sense of humor, and it shows. Remember Carlos and his cow from the intro? I was in stitches. The jokes aren't just thrown in for the sake of it; they add that extra layer of enjoyment and show the dev's dedication to making the game fun. I actually laughed out loud on numerous occassions

Top-Tier Animations
The animations are another highlight. It's not just the sex scenes that are animated; there are random scenes throughout that add to the immersion and quality of the game. The animations are smooth and some of the best I've seen in a game like this. It's clear a lot of effort went into making them look great.

Likeable Main Character
The main character is another big plus. He's goofy, funny, and really likeable, which makes playing the game even more enjoyable. You can't help but root for the guy.
