It seems that there is going to be the option to share her with another guy only if you are a guy yourself and if you are a woman you will be able to share her only with women. However, irrespective of your gender she does seem to develop a relationship with the witch and the elf (elves?) which may become something more.

If you tell Val you'd like to share, you also get the choice to tell her you're comfortable with her being with other men, women, or both and if you need to be there too or if she's fine having fun without you. This is separate from any potential interactions Val might have with the other two main LIs.
