Gay scenes can be avoided. Futa is unavoidable in this update, but in future updates will be avoidable. All tags (in spoiler) already implemented.

OK, I collaborated with the dev (if you find obscure pop-culture references, they're probably from me). I can say that:
- the game is inspired by the Spartacus TV series
- This game has a lot of non-MC sex. Unfortunately there's no tag to define that (voyeurism?)
- non avoidable: M/F (oral, vaginal), lesbian (non-mc), oral sex (non-mc)
- gay, mmf, fmf are optional and marked
- the pregnant woman is in the fmf scene. Beware of the "graphical violence tag"
- the dev said that NTR will probably enter the picture, although I've absolutely no idea how he plans to add it, as it seems very far away story-wise. However, it's no spoiler saying that the MC will definitely have sex with a certain married woman in the future, too.

Yes. The choice is yours. The scene is optional, not only skippable (if you pick the other route, it doesn't happen).
EDIT: not only that, but you can avoid seeing others guys doing that. Just don't poke your nose where burly machos spend the night together.

Don't waste your time guys, sharing already there, non-MC sex scenes also, futa, and dev plans to add NTR in the future so just add this garbage to your ignore list and just pass by

I like the way it turned out, the MC is in a prison-like environment, certain things cannot be avoided (almost rape). I hope that in future updates there will be options other than just "Rape" in Gay content.
