prison cell in floating castle's dungeons

Dumb question, where exactly? I spent a good 30 minutes trying to find the spot. I've been going around in the basement floors of the dungeon in the tower cities.

EDIT: I now know I was on the wrong map

Where is Monster 18 located? Thought it was at the orc caves based on its placement in the bestiary but I don't see any other monsters. Is it the ghosts in the tower? If so how can I make it stop showing up as ? ?

Yes, it is the ghost in the tower, Will'o. You need to use the skill Light'up to reveal them. You can equip a card with it or learn it (it's on the right side of the skilltree)
