How do you actually do the reception work? there's no indicator to man the desk or anything

What is the requirement for the true ending? I already recruited the random adventurer girl, Miriel, and the Nun. All of them never triggered their defeat scenes. Also I maxxed my reputation to 100 before doing the slime quest, however after encountering the dragon I still get the normal ending. Is the 3rd Heroine suppose to be the rival guild receptionist? Because she did get gang-raped, I just assumed that it suppose to happen
