Intresting story ruined by a horrible MC.
Like this dude has to be one of the most incompetent MCs yet. He gets a call from his sister to basically tell him their mom is missing and he just shrugs it off with "I'm sure she's fine, anyways... " despite his office being trashed and everything that he found out about the mafia and Bob being involved with them. Like i wouldn't even need that incentive to care about my mom not showing up at home when she supposed to yet this fucker however couldn't care less inspite of it and look how that turned out.

Then there's the Bob stuff. I get that Bob's his friend and all but the leprechaun literally lied to him about the whole Mafia stuff that he got them and the company involved in yet the moron character still says retarded shit like "Bob has always been trustworthy" like suck his dick at this point cause that's what this MC comes across as.

It's a pity cause i am interested in the story but i can't play anymore of this game when the moron character pisses me off every time he opens his useless mouth.

i wouldn’t say incompetent but rather he’s in the dark about a lot of things and a bit stubborn and naive. The dude is just an average joe that only recently found out that his best friend was involved with local mafia. He wants to trust his best friend but it takes a new outside perspective from a girl uncommonly good at reading people to realize that Bob isn’t being completely honest. Even then, he doesn’t want to believe Bob would lie to him. That denialism isn’t really that unrealistic when it comes to people you trust.

As far as the Grace situation, remember that MC is just a guy trying to find a now-adult girl who was put up for adoption before ever even knowing him or his ex-girlfriend… just because his deceased ex asked him to… So he really has no clue as to why people might be targeting him or his loved ones right now and neither do we. Before Grace’s attack, he had no reason to assume that they (whoever “they” are) would go so far because he literally has no idea what they’re after or why.

That Dine in the Dark scene was fantastic! I mean it's still creeper-ish and I'm very sure that Chloe is going to completely lose her shit when she finds out, but the stranger path was a lot more sensual than I was expecting.

I honestly can't decide who I like the most in this VN. Emily, Chloe, Grace, and Evelyn are all so fucking hot and charming that I like them all! :love:

Except Olivia though... that prissy immature goblin can stay gone.

I love the story line(both paths)! My fantasy would see Chloe getting knocked up by the MC and Grace becoming his LOVER!! As far as Olivia goes, she could very well be the MC's daughter, Emily is too old by a couple of years!! Evelyn is much too dangerous, because of Bob"s connection, with the MOB!!!!!!

What is with all the crap happening off screen? Both the date with Chloe and the agreeing to stream with her were both things that happened outside of the player's view.

Both the dinner date and the streaming event were shown though. So I'm not sure what you mean.

The dinner date is set up off camera, you never experience him talking to her on stream and setting it up.
The streaming conversation doesn't happen if you had the date with her, only the movie night path.

I am enjoying the AVN a lot, but the whole "MC with no face" thing really drives me nuts. It's one thing if it is mostly POV/RPG kind a thing where you rarely see the MC, but there are too many shots with his face cut off. It just pulls me out of the story... Just show his freaking face already.

I've never been a fan of it either. I think it takes away from the MC's identity. I think they hide the face because some devs want to cater to self-inserters but that kind of thing has never appealed to me. The faceless MC does also pull me out of the vibes too.

Personally seeing MC's face doesn't really disrupt my ability to self insert... I play RPGs for goodness' sake.

Yeah, I have no problem seeing the MC and still identifying with him. ...oh, except when he uses the same model from a character in some other game that I H A T E, then the feelings start bleeding over. Thats only happened once though. (MC in a game looks exactly like obnoxious, annoying, and backstabbing "best friend" from another AVN. And the dev loved putting the MC into scenes so I just had to stop playing so I didn't punch my monitor.) I don't really mind the artsy shots where the MC's head is just out of frame, but it gets a little silly when the dev just black-boxes it. ;)
