I'm looking for games like Ambrosia or Fallen Makina, where the more scenes you unlock the more perverted the character becomes and more lewd scenes you unlock, I'm not so sure how tho describe it

It's been a while since I played Makina, but from what I understand you're looking for games with a corruption progression that ties into the game mechanics somehow and more options/scenes are unlocked with increased corruption. As long as you avoid VNs and walking-simulators, a lot of female-MC corruption games have something like this.
