Hello folks.

I currently play Free cities (pregmod), Lilith's Throne.
I played other management sim like such as The Magus Lab, Strumpets, another one called "Overlord" if I am not mistaken (you play as a dark lord and you break singular slaves for each place you visit/conquest). Simbro (press F), Breeding Season/Cloud meadow, Breeders of Nephilim (I think the name was that).

I enjoy the management aspect of the adult content.

I tried to mod Skyrim once, and install things. Too much time consuming for me, I'm enough to buil a pc, but not enough to mod said game.

I like to play games which let me choose the playable character. It's like toying with your made up charachter or being the character you would like to play in a videogame.

EratohoK is fun and has nice mechanics. HentHighSchool+ has hours of content. In both games you can choose you gender (futa too), fetishes and physical stats. Text only the former, Kisekae art the latter.
I find the code behind Brothel King quite good. Last time I checked, the story was still short. Male MC only, three different backstories/classes. Stolen art.
Porn Empire is quite complex and has some unique characters. Both genders available, you can also choose how he/she looks like. Original art afaik.
You may keep en eye also on Quickie: a Love Hotel Story and Wicked Rouge. Male only iirc. Original art the former I guess, HS or another Illusion game the latter.
A couple of Flash games: Brothel Empire and Zum Damenhaus. I don't remember if you can set the gender of the MC.
