I think Christina would go a long way to loosening up Diana a lot. Part of the reason Diana seems to think and act like she does is she thinks the MC can't do better than her (and she's mostly right, dude's a dumbass), but I think the two women would have a good effect on each other maybe. Diana would be a lot better without her RBF personality and that giant stick up her ass.
Of course, if they don't end up together the MC may luck up and have the women decide they will tolerate him in their relationship and he'll end up in a surprising 'throupe' type thing, lol...
I wonder how the French translation handles the misgendering of Chris aspect of the game (I think that was in the previous release?) Does that particular detail of how the MC was being vague/misleading about Chris' gender even translate properly into a gendered language? I took a year of French in middle school last century so there's no way I'd be able to read it well enough to answer my question.
Edit: Or Italian, I didn't see that translation before posting. Italian is gendered too right? If it is descended from Latin I guess it is, I took a little of that last century too.
Edit 2: For science! I asked someone who did a French translation of this game about this question and went to go look up specific lines to check for them to review. As I was going through the scene in question I found a line where the MC himself says HE in reference to Chris, mimicking Diana's mistake instead of correcting it. So the question of whether it was a mistake or not is answered, it was conscious deception on his part.
In regards to the translation I asked about, the MC mostly avoids answering Diana but fails to correct her four times when she calls Christina a 'he'. There was only one line in question that would be affected by a gendered language, and that is the MC saying to Diana "I invited that friend over." The translator chose to use the masculine form of "friend" base on how that whole conversation went.

Since it's supposed to be a VN, presumably there will be a choice. In the previous VN by Viit, there was a choice between two LIs, as well as an option for a throuple. IDK where this one is going, but I would assume it also will have at least some choices coming to go for the LI you want.

We don't know yet, but there have been choices that could affect (and perhaps eliminate) this upcoming scene.
I hope so, Diana should banish him to the couch after he threw her into the pool.

Unfortunately, that action was not optional and no variable was saved for the 'pool toss'. So if the sex is optional, it won't be because of that. Although, you make a good point that it should.

Still, Diana isn't likeable either imo.
I actually haven't decided if I like her or not, because all we've seen of her is the exasperated and frustrated version that she becomes whenever she has to deal with the MC. Or the MC + his "childhood friend" that he purposely concealed the gender of. We haven't ever seen her at work or at a grocery store, or in any environment where she wasn't automatically on edge as soon as she arrived and then immediately dealing with MC Manbaby. Not the greatest impression which is why no one seems to like her, but I propose that we don't have a nearly complete picture of her yet.
