I have a pretty low bar when it comes to H-games, but this game's premise was a bit too creepy for my taste

Don't know how to get the last ending, it's just a singular CG art so you're not missing out on anything.

The save takes you to a game end scene where you can unlock all the art but I cannot figure out how to actually look at the art. The only other thing it seems you can do in that scene is to return to the story or go back to the menu.

What am I missing here in the crazy MTL?
