edit: I took a closer look and it flagged a file in the \BepinEx\interop folder and not the actual game folder or the one in unity-libs, so it might have something to do with BepinEx's interop with il2cpp.

It says : Items, Status, options, save and resume
And the translator did that because he couldnt use the roman alphabet in this menu so he used actual japanese characters to write in english, anyway you normaly don't need to go in this menu except to save the game.

no other device is connected. im on a laptop using kbm so idk why the issue is persisting
