The Collection downloads seem to be giving broken files. 2024-04 to 12 is working fine. The 2023-03 file is broken however.

Downloaded and unzipped both links, no issues. Problem is on your end

What the hell am I getting then?
I've never had this issue before.
Occasionally a file will be a little corrupted, but I can redownload and it's fine. But I've downloaded this one like 10x now, and the issue is consistent no matter which link I use.
It is working now though.

Check if your RAM is faulty, and/or SSD.
