Yeah, I have the Patreon video and it's not a problem image wise; so wherever Noahsvyaz got that file it's not original.

Noahsvyaz version = 287Mb

Patreon folder Redmoa = 173Mb

Or perhaps what Redmoa uploaded to Patreon site goofed and messed up the bitrate.

As the only diff between files is bitrate (and image quality).

so many WIP's for aunt Cass Buttjob, the video is definitely 2-3 min anyway, and will definitely be very boring

It was 2 minutes and 19 seconds with 30-45 seconds taking up for humors scene between Helen Parr and Aunt Cass

I did find this on Rule34videos though its a Compilation 11 minute video of all the Aunt Cass videos.
