Bitrate isn't the whole story though.
Re-encode having higher bitrate is possible.
And the bitrate is not the only difference here, his video is somehow resized (the resolution is the same but look blurrier, maybe downscaled then upscaled)

The point is, I did download it from patreon (well, the dropbox link to be exact)

just checked with Process Explorer and AutoRuns plus a full scan in Malwarebytes, and analysing the file in virustotal, I didn't found anything... my best guess is that my media player had some weird ass bug
