They said they'll try to contact them again after they finish the game. To release an official TL, if not they'll do a fan TL

There is to some , to some degree, you can either pay for mtool and use deeptool and translate all this with 1 click or you can read through the forums and possibly find a way here.

Alternatively you can just use the mtool and get a MTL.
