I agree with you. Personally, I'm not a fan of the direction his games are taking. I enjoyed the 'oblivious' and hidden-sex NTR feel in his earlier games, but this one just doesn't capture the same essence.
I loved both chapters. I'm a big fan of fast paced, silly and over the top NTR, like the kind made by Akatsuki Souken and Mosquito Man. This one hits (almost) all the right spots for me. When the doctor said she'd never do something this lewd with a kid and then it cuts instantly to her fast throating his cock, I lost it. It was too good.
My only gripe is the fact that he's not a real kid, but an old man pretending to be one. I think MILF getting taken down by much younger (and preferably ugly) guys is impossibly hot.
