I like that you are making some fetishes optional. It is unclear from your statement but will the voyeurism also be optional? I am not interested in any sexual content that isn't about the MC. Voyeurism is more a porn on the internet thing which is generally the opposite of what most people want from a visual novel.
Those will be optional, toggled under the 'NPC on NPC' content option. Those scenes will be the MC alone, or the MC plus a love interest accidentally witnessing a sex scene between stranger NPC's. We'll be using those scenes for worldbuilding or adding sexual tension between characters. I'd suggest leaving them on since they may influence scenes between the MC and whatever love interest you're with when you witness them.

There should not be a "game.exe" file in the game folder. It should be RefugeOfEmbers.exe (see below). You might have gotten something else downloaded.
