Yes, that's what it looks like so far.
In the future I'm going to add body modification and various fetishes (both specific and quite common).
There will also be corruption in the game, which will corrupt GG in his way. (In fact, there should be BAD END scenes at the conclusion of certain storylines)

You should note that in the description, certain people (aka me) look for things like that. Also f95 really needs a gender change tag.

Interesting concept, there are never enough gender bender isekai games!
