if you don't have permissions over the computer your using; in which case don't torrent onto someone else's machine.
The torrents are used to avoid issues,
The thread specifies to send in files to be collected for torrents instead of direct uploads as a means of avoiding deletion.
Begging for direct uploads will be mostly ignored here
Just use an up to date qbit install, get the torrent link from the most recent post, and have at it

As has been repeated, get qBittorrent (their official site is the same name as the program), download the version that matches your machine specs.
In this thread go to the latest post by theJJJ, it has a link to the torrent location on btdig
You can use that initial link, or hit the search button again with the same prompt, sort by age, and find if there's a more recent one
Copy the 'magnet' link (listed as download, it has 'magnet' in the name)
in qbit; you can opt to download from a file or link, paste the link there
literally everything I learned about this process I learned in this very thread, all you need to do is read what's already been posted and repeated a few times over.
Can someone get me the fire embelm ones I really want them?
btw, kemono has February 2024 and some 2023 packs not in the torrent

I think you're looking at an older torrent, the 2023 ones missing from the latest version (being april/oct) are not here
