BTDigg locates already existing torrents and it sometimes takes a few days for it to get up on their site. When you see a simple code, it's known as a 'Hash' which you can put into the 'add torrent' on your torrent program to get it. Each torrent program is a little different in how to do it so you'll have to find instructions explaining exactly how on your own.
