From the previews it looks like the girls lose a fight and get raped by wolves.

What better way to start a game and get some early sex scenes and earn that vaginal sex tag (and she probably loses her v-card there too) then having the love interests getting raped by monsters,

But I guess if that's what people are into, then it's whatever. I'm out and hitting ignore.

Maybe bestiality isn't correct, but I don't know how to better explain the relationship with Grimm, they are more humanoid in the game, but they are still monsters.

Just the Monster Tags might be enough, but given how picky and contentious Patreon can be, you might be screwed, regardless. Although if Team Krama can get away with their games, you should probably be fine?
