What about the Laws? So far I only have free library pass, female soldiers and slavery set to on, am curious about what the others do or significance they have.
Like Ryen already said, they don't really have an impact on the gameplay apart from the money you earn and the statistics at the bottom about your kingdom.
I think the only choice that kinda matters is the one with Flaire i picked the wrong one and didn´t get her CG.
Also how do i trigger the CG with Ariana i choose not to imprison her.

iirc "female soldiers" needs to be on for one of the side girls to be available and the slavery law effects where the Central slave girls can be bought by Ryen to either be sent to the secret prison or freed and then hired as maids. (brothel if legal or thieves guild if not legal)
There is no wrong choice there. This is just like any of other girls with a choice between a nice and cruel path except the nice path hasn't been continued... yet.
I meant apart from the ones he already mentioned. Library pass is also useless though.

It would be nice to see the bad paths take a more SM turn; for instance, breaking the prisoners further than what mere interrogation takes until they submit to your commands and become an obedient slave that would do whatever whenever and wherever for Ryen. Solo trips to the tentacle monster and perhaps even bringing in people to watch and socialize from the overlook while a prisoner gets stuffed below would make for a damn good cutscene too.

Well the library passes are supposed to raise the countries education level only as far as I recall
Will we ever get the chance to switch between good and evil paths after we supposedly made the unsuitable decisions the first time? I really want to change jail girls to maid girls and vice versa if possible :/
Honestly I really hate being forced to choose one of those paths during story or event sequences before we can advance to other stuff...

I'm not sure how to get the quest to do the raid against the thieves guild. I've already proven Jenny's Innocence and Flaire says she's going to get back at the ones who caused this but I'm not sure what to do afterwards.

After the initial events about Moriko and the thieves guild, which start at the Aldlyn city board after you constructed the police HQ and upgraded it, talk with Flaire to further advance her events. Once her and Sandra's events are far enough, you can get an event with Sandra and Jenny at the casino in Newkungu. Afterwards you have to return to Flaire to get the quest about helping Jenny.
When that event is also done, and you're either on Moriko's good path or you had her 2nd sex scene on her bad path, and you advanced the main events to the point where Commander Walcot gave you the access permit for the Dhranholl mine, you can talk with Flaire to start the second raid on the assassin guild.

Apart from your wellbeing I'm also curious about the game's wellbeing overall. I don't have a graph or something but the game doesn't seem to have too many followers on subscribestar and I think you said at one point that you quit your job or something like that?(not sure on this one).
Anyway, I really can't explain why the low numbers considering the game's quality and you dedication so far(I can't believe I'm about to fucking say this looking at the way other devs treat their games and fanbase
) but have you considered maybe investing in some advertising or something of sorts even if it would mean a hit to the game's budget?
The game is already quality at this point and offers I think at least 50 hours of gameplay so it's just a thought. I still can't believe I told a developer to not invest in a game I like

But since it's not a steady income, contrary to the monthly pledges on SubscribeStar, it's hard to say to much income it'll still create in several months.
Advertisements and new places to post the game are definitely things I need to look at sooner or later. But I enjoy making the game more than searching for ways to sell it, so that's where I spend most of my time.

And its good that you spend most of your time doing what you enjoy doing but you need to also make a stable source of income. Especially since its your main source. So consider getting someone to assist you to get more subscribers maybe offer them a percentage kickback for any new people they get to join your subscribestar. I have developed all the buildings. What I don't understand is whether we should open them by doing quests or should they be done without anything to develop on the map?
