Unsure what the rule is on double posting, hopefully there isn't one (I tried looking couldn't find one just not to spam topics, been about a moth hardly call that spam), but I wanted to still point out I still have the collection of Love Fetish Games (as well as the other two series In Series and Maho Tama) for anyone that wants them to upload here. I would do it myself, but not gonna skirt around it I am lazy AF. So Someone else can have the credit if they want, I just want these games to get more circulation cause it took me about 2 weeks to get these games.

Hi! In case you need it, I found a reliable way to hook the "clean" text without garbage characters, so you can copy it to the clipboard in a fast and automatic way. A translator ready to catch the clipboard text will be a valuable option if you need it.
First and foremost, I did this in Love Fetish Paizuri Hen, not on Tekoki Hen, but it should be the same text thread. The program that will hook the text is Visual Novel Reader this time instead of Textractor. I didn't found a way to properly catch the text in the latter program.
Step 1) Execute the novel. Locale Emulator or other way that you know will be enough to be able to run it.
Step 2) Change the text speed to maximum. This will avoid annoying repetition of characters in the text thread. Check the images I posted to know where to set the top speed. It's under the sound settings of the game.
Step 3) Open the Text Settings menu of Visual Novel Reader. Check the following image to know where it is. You have to move the cursor outside the left border of the window of the novel in order to let the blue column of buttons to appear.
Step 4) While you still have the Text Settings menu opened, return to the novel and advance the text some lines = let the story continue a bit. Return to the Text Settings menu and press DIALOG over the text thread "TextOutA..." that I show in the following image. The other settings shown in the image must be imitated (Eliminate finite repetition, etc.). Save your changes in the top border of the Text Settings menu.
Step 5) Congratulations, now that you hooked the text just use it! On this menu shown in the next image you can check the indicated box to send the text to the clipboard for your needs. You also can mess around with other options like "Game Text" to show it in a window or "Split game text" to separate it in rows.

okay, just an update, the game is about 2/3rd translated, I keep translating the same file over and over due to something always happening, either a power outage or a forced update.. all because I don't save my work and am a bit lazy

Yeah. I switched it back and forth with the untranslated script and it proceeds with the dialogue. I then saved it after the scene, load up the translated script and it crashes.

Seeing how this is the thread that seemed some action (and people possibly in the know-how BlackShadowx) regarding Erogos, and I just got my hands on the In Series, allow me to sort-of tangently necro the thread here and ask if ANYONE was able to get one of those (I'm trying the chikan -first- one, and see absolutely no possible way) to run?
Digging a little in, interweb sayz that supposedly the In Series AND the Maho*Tama ones will simply refuse to play. Sad.
Anyhow, after some Pyrrhic victories against my first dance with VirtualBox and some trial and error VMs (lost ~50GBs to nowhere; probs will come back after I uninstall the shit out of VirtualBox... I hope), I managed to set up a W7.
And YUP, starts instantly. The fucker...
But of course Textractor can't hook it and fullscreen not working and some other shit, but with some workarounds sort of could be reigned in.
So a) is my supposition wrong and could the (If Series) games be played on W10 and b) any easy way to hook and textract them?
EDIT: oh hey, you must be the one on fuwa as well, BlackShadow; that other dude wasn't me, but basically this is the situation ^------^

yeah, that's odd, i dont remember having any problem running the IN nor Mahotama games...
althrough i didn't extensively test, but i do remember them running (or at least one of them).

Simply doesn't run. To be precise, Animation Game System (ags.exe I'm assuming; and start.exe (the crack) too) starts running in the background with very high 'Power usage', and...that's it. Nothing happens. Locale, compatibility, ain't nothing helping. With the AV and Defender handled of course (turned off for the time; living on the edge!! xD).
In that case would you mind testing out the first game of the IN series, if you have a couple of minutes to spare? It's on nyaa (look for [EROGOS] In Series 1-6) - easiest way to get it; only the first one will suffice.
I'm really curios, because I've read in a couple of places that the IN defo won't, while MahoTama ALMOST defo won't work with W10. As was my experience, too. I'm gonna try out one of the Love Fetish ones, for comparison.
Regarding Textractor (for the chikan IN game): yeah, couldn't hook it. Searched for hooks a little, but to no avail. ITH 3.0 found a suitable hook though. Problem was that it was flooded with triangles (up-, downward pointing), but I added those into its global filter and had a decent hook. Still, during the animated scenes the same sentence would flood, so have to watch out. I actually had this setup (in the effing W7 virtual machine): W7 ITH grabs text, W7 Textractor attached to W7 ITH (so grabs the new text that the ITH is grabbing from the game) and Google TLs, also sending to (copy to) clipboard, that with clipboard co-shared between host (my W10 OS) and guest (W7 virtual machine) giving my W10 Textractor with DevTools DeepL the text through clipboard to also translate (so not just having sometimes shitty Google TL); because setting up Textractor and DevTools in the W7 is (well, at least proved to be for a first-time VM user such as myself) a pain...

EDIT: yup, Love Fetish ~Maso Hen~ (Vol. 9 of the series) ran without any hiccups on W10, natively, with crack. Which got me the idea that maybe... It's actually the cracks that are incompatible with W10 (x64) for the IN ones?

Sure, i can do that... im traveling right now, i'll see if i can do some testing on my laptop.
Also,you could also try using a previous version of AGS from LoveFetish, with the newer IN series, that MIGHT work a bit,
but there are a few opcodes that may have changed over the games, but the majority of them stayed the same. that might help you along a bit. Since most of the AGS versions i came across simply looks for the "startup.scp" inside the "script.dat" file.

Also, nah, no dice. But you might be onto something, since the Love Fetish ags.exe (2005/04/11; the one which starts without problems on W10 with its start.exe (for its own game, ofc)) at least managed to show a window (starting with its own start.exe crack) but immediately errored with

i still need to test each file, make sure the text doesn't goo off screen, etc..
also make sure crashes are fixed.
i MIGHT have a solution I want to try out sometime...
by undoing the encryption on the game files, and applying a previous version of it, so the previous game's engine can read it.
