it seems that nobody bothered to upload the english version anywhere on the internet before it got banned from steam, I found the chinese version fairly quickly though, which has the english UI still in it (you can extract that with krkrextract)

if you're looking for the chinese version you can find it easily by looking up "Noble & Knightess - Episode1[549MB/RAR/JK]", the katfile link on ucptt is where i got it
