Even just 1 character, with 1 scene appearing for a split second would be enough to get the game banned. No matter how long a rule is broken for, it's still broken.

But I'll leave at that. F95 always was generally very permissive, with very few cases of censorship (this one actually being the only one I heard about), and you guys never did anything as egregious as Nexusmods.

If you want you can always open an ticket an appeal the decision. Although, usually if a game gets out of the zone for violating the rules it rarely comes back.

'Unrealistic' doesn't mean non-human. That's why elves or "she is a 1000 year old vampire" doesn't work either.

Perhaps it's because of the definition. The Merriam-webster dictionaires defines "Unrealistic" as: not realistic : inappropriate to reality or fact. And "Realistic" as: accurately representing what is natural or real. Magic, and by extention monster girls, fit that criteria, they don't represent what is real.

However, the term 'unrealistic depiction' is a single entity in this context.

It's not that the character has to be unrealistic, but the characters depiction has to unrealistic. Elf ears, red skin or an oni-horn alone aren't 'unrealistic depictions' otherwise any cheep cosplay would be okay as well.

the average user is expected to only interact with general site rules, like 1.7 (no erotic content with prepubescent characters) and 1.4 (no linking to 1.7 stuff), and doesn't need to be told how to make meth so they can avoid doing it accidentally. icesun provided an example in the linked thread why a public catalog of removed stuff would defeat the purpose of banning it.

My Special Summer Vacation 2 is too good to get banned, shota-milf is the best combo but its flaged everywhere, pretty sad, lolis i get it some times its too much, but shotas topping every family member and neighbor around the block are the best in my opinion

It's pretty straight forward,

Member X ask for game
Member Y says game has been banned
Member X asks can you give link for game on other site / download
Banned

Member X won't get banned for asking for a game, he will get banned if he asks for the game / download or sites with the game AFTER finding out it has been banned. So not sure how you can see ANY similarities.
