that's fine but if you report the original post and say to download links are not working, mods will more likely update them for you more sooner rather than later. its usually what I do with most posts that have outdated or dead links. it usually takes about a day or two for them to update it.

Whats wtv?
wtv is shorthand for "whatever" cause I didnt know the name of the game. Its only similar in that is a "run or rape" type game that has zombies and dogs.
You are better off starting a very similar game from scratch rather than digging up old assets and trying to reexamine code that isnt yours. Unless the author makes a sudden appearance here then I think this version of the game is dead. I would gladly help with the writing and details if you were to start it again but my coding is very rudimentary.
