i've no clue where the girl we are supposed to find is

idk how this is supposed to work, but the way I did it was I got myself kicked from the gym, which changed the map and allowed me to talk to a chick with a hat, who sent me to the halloween map, and then the cat girl was in my party somehow and i could continue
