No, not really. Unity has built-in controller support -.- It even comes understanding that the horizontal axis should be left/right arrow, or A/D (and even does physical keyboard layout, so it works even on AZERTY keyboards in the same hand position).
While I agree with the fact that they aren't making much progress at all, and a lot of devs out there will put up a patreon and never post anything, which can end up being scammy...you just contradicted yourself. If you want to consider yourself an Investor to a project, that means all you're doing is paying them. You don't get anything in return. Patreon is designed that the patrons will usually get some sort of benefit out of investing in the project/company, and it is usually explained before you pay anything what it is you should expect to get out of it (if anything).
That said: If a dev says "patrons will recieve exclusive content in the game, which will come out every month" and turns around going "oops forgot to add something this month, and next month I'm busy" *then* it is an issue. The patreon for this just says you'll get access to the latest game data each month (which doesn't actually promise anything *new* each month btw), and on top of that, says that everything you get will also just get released for free to the public 3 months later. Basically, being a patron for this just means you get the tech demo before it gets put out for free, while you fund the project and maybe report issues found in the current tech demo. Though the dev really doesn't seem to do much each month. They clearly aren't working on this full-time; and they are likely a hobby dev, based on the issues they tend to struggle with.
TL;DR: The dev is under no obligation to push out big updates fast, or at all. The Patreon clearly states what to expect, which actually doesn't promise anything new added per month. If a dev states that they will push new content every month for the patron, and the content is super small each time, it's STILL not fraud. Going from game version 0.1.3 to 0.1.36 and making only small changes until 0.1.4 comes out with a new major feature is the *normal* way of pushing updates for any game.

Each version is a vertical slice of what they are currently working on. Sometimes we get a single small map with only a couple enemy choices, other times we get a huge map with all sorts of enemies and features. A weird way to do things, for sure, but it helps in the dev process for receiving feedback on the current in-dev stuff.

The fetish is a thing that cannot be fully explained. I can't really say why I enjoy size difference (in a platonic way tho, not necessarily sex, interaction itself is entertaining), as I can't explain why I don't like furry gay sex. Some things just ring the bell, and some does not.
