You have to use the crack, then you can use whatever tool you usually use to extract and whatever tool you use to check rpyc files.

Works just fine here, even tested by testing with no saves and no data for the game and even had ran once and boots and runs fine.

The crack is needed to decompile .rpyc files back into their .rpy sources.

Unpacking .rpa archives can be done even without the crack. At least on Windows.

I guess if the RPA extractor you are using doesn't work it's because it is not able to manage the version of RPA algorithm used to create them. I don't think it's a matter of protection.
