That relationship should be tied to Cindy.
The relationships were tweaked in the last version and for some reason they changed that line.
It should say "He is Cindy's (and Amy's)..."
There isn't a fixed schedule.
It can be anything from 1 to 2 months.
A version for one of the games goes out almost all Fridays.
Last RoT version was on the 25th, and I believe the other games should cover at least until the 30th, not counting ULT.
So I wouldn't expect RoT to be back until at least June 6th (and quite possibly later).

There seems to be some sort of schedule: Undercover With Nora, Lust Bound, Lust Theory, Resort of Temptation, Thot on Trial, and then back to the start. Nora jumped ahead because Thot on Trial seemed to be having some issues with development, while Nora was very much on track, so Nora got the most recent release a couple days ago.
Next is Lust Bound according to Inceton’s website. That’s fine by me, ToT is the least interesting of Inceton’s current lineup for me, but it seems interesting that it is still having problems.

UwN was chosen for last week because the week had just 3 work days instead of 5.
And UwN had more chances than ToT of coming out with just 3 days in the oven (I suspect less animations to make).
There were no development issues with ToT (that I know of, at least).

The relationship to temptation is that the resort is meant to be a high-end brothel, of course. It's a porn game, after all.
Now I don't remember if this is explained at the beginning of this game or at the beginning o LustBound (probably the latest)... Anyway, the V-corporation (or V-enterprise? Whatever) core business is to provide luxury prostitution services to millionaires.
The prostitutes working there are called "Cherries".

Well... since this game is "non canon" and they changed a lot of things in the original timelines... basically everything is possible, and I would enjoy very much to see some more Giselle!
In fact, I'll go even further: Giselle character - with her fetish life and hot, hot, hot looks - is perfect to be a side character in this "fantasy fuckfeast"
She could be a top-tier "Cherry" either to fulfill one of her fetishes, and/or - since she's a psychologist - as a cover for an investigation to make sure the "Cherries" aren't recruited against their will... The possibilities are endless in a game which is stated as "non canon"
