VN - Ren'Py - Restore Her Career [v0.31] [Kalyha]

This is nicely done corruption game, while it won't make you sympathetic to the main character, it delivers! The story has the right amount of pacing, a little fast in some areas for when the women give in to the blackmail, but the scenes , atmosphere ,and eroticism is well done. When its more fleshed out it should deliver an awesome game if it continues on this path.

With the characters its interesting they all have their flaws the main character can exploit, but you need that to get the story. The "friend" doesn't come across as one, and the way the MC lets his friend get on his bad side so easily for desiring the mom, while MC is looking to make cumsleeves for all the women is something that is hard to cover in these games. Not sure if there is a good balance for that honestly, so its a take it or leave it. Also his buddy seems to be pretty clueless while the MC is in his friends house for a scene.

Still, its definitely fun and will be looking forward to more.

Pros:

• Story! An actual story and goal
• Hot chicks, plenty of huge boobs to keep the boob fetishist interested
• Various scenarios and positions
• Build up! Delving right into the plunging is disappointing, its nice how the character/situations takes time

One of the best games tested on this site, really. Finally our hero is a real bastard, who takes advantage when he can. I am a lover of incest and corruption, so I sail in safe waters here, but the way the game progresses dwarfs many others of the same genre.
Finally a "normal" mother, that is a mother who does not get aroused looking at her son's cock in the shot (usual cliché) and who does not fall in love after two caresses of her son, the usual unnatural things that all incest games fall into (yes milfy city, you too). Here the mother is subjugated, which makes the incest taboo not only plausible, but very exciting.
Few cons do not allow me to give full marks: I do not like honey select models at all, even if the work done here is formidable. But since we're talking about HS, where are the animations?
Second, clothing fetishism is simply destroyed too quickly. It's okay to have aunts and friends fucked and sucked, but for the mother I would have preferred a more tortuous, long path to inebriate the climax. More groping, voyeurism, more "tricks" to make her do this or that and, above all, absolutely not naked after only two sessions. This hurt me. There should have been babydolls, lingerie, stockings, dresses, various upskirts. Immediately naked too quickly and immediately at 90 without even tricks is a bit meh.

+ Really interesting turns and slides in the story from time to time

It's very underrated and unappreciated game, I hope it will soon receive the attention and love it deserves +++++

Could see this being improved, but I found it lacking in this version.

Art's alright. I like boobs, but fucking around with scale sliders has its limits.

Writing is rough. Scenario's rote, fluency has ups and downs and narrative is disjointed. I strongly dislike the POV MC; in a house surrounded by huge boobs he tunnelvisions on anal. He constantly acts like he's a mid-teen's idea of dominating, and the player can't make him behave like either a useful human being or a tolerable type of pervert even if one tries.

Porn content is a mixed bag of fair content and less-so content. I felt the tone veered too far away for the corruption I downloaded it for and too into some unlikable tard getting his rocks off for his own sake alone.

As mentioned in the writing bit, the characterization could be tweaked both in the writing voice and reworking the Hobson dilemma (1 obvious, 1 dumb) choices presented.

TLDR: Renpy Skip Dialog button banzai.

Good stuff. I much prefer a MC that's honest with himself, even if it makes him out to be an ass. It's called corruption for a reason, it's supposed to be immoral, unpleasant, depraved, yada, yada.

All that's left to see is if he can live up to his own hype. Can't be too satisfied with just a handy when he's promised himself he's going to go balls-deep in his mother's fat ass, right? Among other things.

Solid game. Decent renders but not a fan of the oversized boobs on all models. This game is mainly a blackmail power fantasy, does it quite well but falls short on execution. I wish there was more depth and variety to the blackmailing aspect. Mom character was being set up for money desperation but instead it went towards naive corruption and manipulation - it's well done but could be much better. The other characters are blackmailed with 'fear of reveal' and that is very well executed. There are small annoyances in the written English, especially spaces before question marks irked me.

If you are into the blackmail/domination genre then it is well worth your time.

this is the the best corruption game i've played in a long while. the MC is a proper pervert, on top of being an evil bastard like all corruption game MC's should be, and the interactions are both funny and sexy. mother is hot as fuck and the main theme of restoring her modelling career will sure be leading to good places. i even like the background images in this game (house interiors). there is no sound though but the dev may add it later on. this is already a great game with apparently quite some content to it already.

edit: fuck, the emma scene is beyond sexy. this game is firing on all cylinders.

It is the game I have wished. very probable story, hot appearance, sexy characteristics, etc.. just pick out a little dissatisfied lack of actual sex, especially with his sexiest mother. I am looking forward to your work. keep going dude. I will always root for you

This is a big quality. The game is beautiful there are tons of images available already.
The renders are very well made and the mom is absolute gorgeous, the MC isn't an ugly weird guy we see in almost every game... Some might say the breasts are too large, I think it's just a matter of preference. To me, who are a man of culture, it's a plus for sure.

STORY : 4.5/5
Nothing really new there, typical mom-son story. MC wants to submit his mom and any other female characters to become his sex slaves. The best part is the slow corruption with the mother who is perfectly done, not too long and not too fast. She doesn't become an instant slut like many games out there. This is why this game works for me.
Bonus point for the MC.

This is a visual novel game, with a few options. Most of them are to entertain the player without any aftereffect to the story. So the story is very linear. Maybe this would be the point to increase, but as long as the rest is fine, it's not a big problem.

DEV : 10/5
The dev is so involved in his game. It's his first game and is learning faster than ever, we can tell when you compare the first versions to the new ones. He also changes the old renders to make them better.
Updates are released so quickly with a lot amount of content, and that's a huge plus when you compare to big game creator out there.

Game has a unique style with well rendered models. Maybe the body proportions are over the top, but it is actually not as bad as some other games that are simularly stylized. The story is well written and really goes hard on blackmail and rape. The only aspect that is bothering me is that this game appears to be choice based with branching stoprylines, but it is actually very linear.

I don't have anything against good incest game and this game certainly is, but at least don't force me into a relation that i don't want to. I mean what's the point of choice/options if you force them into relations and so. That's the reason why i'm giving this game 3/5. I considerd to give 2/5 but that probably would be unrealistic cause game is good. Characters and renders are all well done.

All of the women in this game are shown with highly stylized, huge boobs - e.g., the kind that defy gravity and human physics - so, if you like that style, it might be of your interest.
(I would prefer when at least some women would have normal, if not even small breasts - to look more natural overall, but whatever).

The game has no animations, the woman look a bit young to be Aunt/Mother and the English is a bit crude in the newest versions.

On top of that I normally don't like VN where I just klick through a story.

Still, the game deserves 4 stars!

The corruption style is made beautifully, it has the right pacing which a lot of other games miss.

Despite the young look I like the female models and the story is on point in my opinion.

It has not this thirsting periods where a big nonerotic plot is told, and we have to click through only to be rewarded by a short little tease.

Here the erotic content is the only focus of the story so there is not much wasted time between the scenes while also not rushing the slow corruption of the mother. Kalyha just hits the mark with the pacing.

The best Part is the dedication of the Dev! Releases are fast and the quality is improving constantly. With each update he addresses old content as well, fixes spelling mistakes and reworking scenes so that clipping errors and the like are solved.

Further, each update is like an episode which forwards the plot significantly.

This is his first game and you can simply see that he tries to improve, he is very active on this forum as well and is open to suggestions while staying true to his idea of the game.

Okay I lied. The best part is that you can play an asshole, we really need more games like this!

Story: Power fantasy incest simulator. Dialogue is perfectly cliche but it still tingles the same way. This isn't a story about characters. It's a series of images with some stupid jokes thrown in. Dev knows this and plays to their strong suit by embracing the absurdity.

Art: Art here is where this simple game suffers the most. The characters aren't super unique nor are they interesting. Even the mother who is the most well developed character is so over exposed by the lighting and lack of facial expressions that sometimes I forget she isn't made of plastic.
Posing isn't terrible but definitely could use some work to sell the huge breasts. Honey Select is very basic but you can still do wonders with it if you try.

Gameplay: Normally I would have a problem with something like a clickthrough VN but considering how the dev wanted to approach telling the story I am willing to consider it working as intended. The choices are just ways to slot in some extra jokes.

Very good, love the amount of content for version 0.3. You can see that the dev is new to this and here and there are spelling errors but that is all fine. I dont see any problem with that.

For me its a 5 Star because it combines a lot of things i like i.e.

Heels, Big Breats, Corruption, Fotoshoots, Lingerie and so on.

The only thing i would have loved wouled be if it was sadbox and you could "unlock" content with some type of medium grind. But its fine like that and maybe in the future that can be added.

Update based on v13:

Well, it was total crap in the beginning. But after some time I decided to give it another go - and... it became really nice! Renders became better and the story became not that stupid. Though I still don't get this point with "no choice" choices where you can chose a very stupid/rude comment - it produces some very out of the real-life context lines and then goes back to the initial "choice".

So, I'm changing my rating from 2 to 5. And would recommend this thing. Though the MC is a real ashole and sick in the head, but he doesn't try to hide it.

The text is written by a kid (no offense, just stating obvious). Too primitive, both in terms of plot and expressions. Judging by some of the grammar mistakes the native speaker would never do, English is the second language at best. Not MTL either though. Main character sounds retarded, other characters are cliche and non-existent. Choices are absolutely absent. You can "chose" between smth like "Hi, Mom!" or "It's time to suck my cock, you horny cunt!" (not literally but very close to the original game text). After that Mom says with a surprised face: "Wow! What did you say??" - and then... yes, you have to "chose" again between "Hi, Mom!" and "It's time to suck my cock, you horny cunt!" so that you could "surprise" her again.

So if you want to swim in the pubertal kid fantasies - the game is worth your time. The images are somehow decent: HoneySelect screenshots, not the best I've seen, not the worst, so that's why 2 stars, not 1. Though the developer should definitely do smth with the lightning - because almost all the screens are just over-lighted too much. Plus convert img files from png to jpg or webp. Because almost 5Gb for this amount of content of this quality? Srsly??

This game started good, with a solid set-up for the history. The models are absolutely amazing, the history pace goes rlly well and don't get annoying, the mc is really twisted and this makes the corruption much more real and enjoyable. If i may say, the dev really is putting effort in his game, the updates are big and you don't need to wait a lot for updates, unlike those other big games with over 1k patreons that takes too long for little content.

It is not as bad as the 1 star rage ratings suggest. There are lot of areas for improvement. There has already been some improvement going from 0.1 to 0.2. Hopefully it will keep trending up.

I am very biased here because the type of interaction and kinks presented are really my thing.

Objectively, this isn't a very good game. There writing is amateurish. There are some problems with the grammar but it's not the worst you will see around here. The choices are ridiculous and just rolls back when you choose the obviously outlandish things to say. Shallow characters. Blah blah blah... I won't be getting into everything, but just note that it has all the hallmarks of a very mediocre VN.

So why did I rate it 3 rather than lower? Well... I really like "dominating your mother" fetish. The MC is kind of a dunce, but he is unabashedly "evil." So at least we dodged the awkward virgin pervert MC that thinks he isn't being a sexual predator. The mother is a typical mom but we see some submissive streaks in her. This combination is pretty hot to me.

I also very much like honey select models and this game has some good choices. The tits are pretty fuckin big, but I don't particularly mind that. Some high heels representation is great too.

Basically, if you want to turn your mind off and fap to this particular fetish, you could check it out. Well, there isn't enough content yet, but maybe in the future.

Edit: I'm revising my stars to 4 stars after keeping up with this game until now (v0.10). While most of the stuff i wrote above are still true, the game really does the corruption and domination justice. The dev also works extremely fast and puts out sizable updates each time. It really turned out much better than what I thought it would in the early version.
