I think it's unclear. Adrianna will discover that Emma works for MC as a stripper now, but will they boldly act as lovers in front of Adri or pretend like it's just business - this part can't be predicted I guess.
Maybe it would be cool to see them fooling around and gaslighting for a while, like "yeah she's dancing on my lap barely clothed and feeding me cherries from mouth to mouth, but we are professionals, as her boss I have to check the services we providing".
How you would like the story to progress?
I think it’s about time some things begin to be known to push story forward. It would be nice if Emma herself tells Adrianna about everything and how much she loves doing stuff with MC now and how much MC helped her. And then maybe in some later update we get to see Emma and Adrianna threesome, filming content for website. Also would be nice if some other character finally gets to know about MC and Adrianna, so far only Scarlet knows and would be nice to see someone close to Adrianna find out, I guess Emma would be most understanding out of all girls.
