Yeah. I should have clarified. I've played a ton of RPGM games. This one seems to be missing the usual [gamename].exe though.
Well try redownload and make sure nothing gets messed up in extraction.
nw.exe starts the game just fine for me.

Welp I slogged through the game, an it'd be alright if the frames didn't drop after every sex scene. This also applies to the gallery so I hope there's not a girl you like because you're not seeing that sex scene. Clocked out at 40 minutes so it's not like the game can overstay it's welcome The game ends in a time loop, which I assume is the genocide ending, I tried a pacifist run, because you can't see sex scenes so the run should theoretically be quicker, but the third fight's complete BS. If you try talking to the rogue too much all her attacks turn into 1 hit kills, meaning you muck and you have to do the entire fight all over.

I've already beaten it and gotten the "pacifist" route, so you can fight a select few girls until you are given the option to mercy, however some must be fought until "death" which is actually the same ending dialogue as if spared along with girl fleeing.
1st fight (maid) can be spared through fighting, 2nd fight (farmer )can be talked to about flowers, can not be mercy'd through fighting, 3rd fight (rogue) can be spared, must be fought normally to mercy, 4th fight (chief) must be defeated normally no mercy option, 5th fight (archer) can be spared must be fought, 6th fight (blacksmith) can be spared must be fought, 7th fight (pirate) can not be spared must be fought normally.
TLDR; 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 can be spared, and doing so on the island after fight 7, you can find a dagger behind vines on your way up, which will unlock the true ending after beating the 8th boss

So... How do you even fight the third battle? You can't damage her, her daggers are instakills, and talking doesn't seem to do anything at all.

I was wondering what the fuck changed this time when trying to get pacifist, I didn't even remember I did it the first time until I saw this.
Edit: Though does sparing them really make much a difference, even though I spared girl 2, she was still mad at me when I talked to her later with the same dialouge
Edit 2: This game is sorely lacking a gallery, you can't really enjoy the scenes too much since you get a brief moment before being thrust back into the bullet hell. If there is a gallery in the game please tell me where it is because it's not obvious
Edit 3: Found out that the key items they drop is the "Gallery", which wasn't obvious to me at least. But when I tried to play it, it can really make your computer chug if it isn't the only thing running because I was listening to youtube in the background and it just started making my computer slow down, and it's not a low end computer

For those of you looking for a gallery, you can find all of the animations in webm format in the movies folder in the game files. And they don't have the poor framerate problem that they have in game.
Thank god, that makes the game much more enjoyable at least, and it made it easy to upload to my phone for uh, later...
