As far as I know, there isn't much in 3D. Only Kanon-chan (just a CG game over), where it makes even sense, because the NPCs are actually colleagues who want to take advantage of the situation..
Uwu (Roxanne) was thinking about some side mod with sex, but I don't know if that idea is still relevant, and otherwise there's Anton (Samantha), who really wants a dark-theme exhib game with sex, corrupted cops, more active perverts. etc

There is nothing inciting to go out naked, and since the only progression is made by collecting red coins, no insensitive to make the game harder for yourself.

Usually, you have to complete challenges, but here, nope, just wander the way you want, adn collect those coins.

On the other hand.The game's title doesn't promise anything else... and you can usually learn everything from Japanese titles.
