If by "cheating" you mean non-consensual, then no. Everything that happens in the game is consented, enjoyed, desired and even organized by the MC and his GF. It could be considered part of the netoraSe genre, or by Western standards: cuckolding. It does have a lot of SPH and humiliation in general, but it is still consented and enjoyed by all characters.
I don't get why they are so obsessed with bashing that specific kink. Its weird, and makes me wish many more developers would just add surprise NTR to troll these fools.
