Finished your game today and as someone who isn't fond of NTR (I'm super into SPH), the story was good enough that the NTR parts didn't faze me. Yes, the quality was so high, I decided to put my negative bias of NTR to the side so I can fully enjoy what you cooked.
The artstyle is very unique and although arguably minimalistic, enough expressions are still captured to convey enough emotion. It's also a nice break from all the 3D, super-realistic models.
There's a perfect balance of SPH. I love that everyone doesn't hold back their punches, but they're not so... monstrous about it. Monstrous might be a strong word, but given my experience, bad-written SPH can get unnecessarily dark. Like the scene where Fiona takes pictures of you? She could've easily gathered your neighbors and do some public humiliation, but it never went in that direction. The reactions are also diverse, so more brownie points for that.
If there's one thing I wish you can improve on, it's the treatment of the player. By no means am I suggesting that he reaps all of the rewards that the bull does or anything like that. He should receive the short end of the stick and be an inferior submissive. However, he deserves at least to be thrown a bone once in a while. It's mentioned that he never received a BJ, let alone had sex, and strongly implied that he's never received an HJ.
Feel free to disagree (politely please), but I believe it wouldn't make the themes of female domination and beta acceptance less impactful. In fact, I think throwing the player more bones later down the road would... A: make the other characters (i.e. Annie, Fiona, and Trey) more likeable, B: open up potential for the player to grow a bit too big for his britches, and C: make the sex scenes more unpredictable.
I am one person and you don't have to take my suggestion into consideration.

I agree with you, the MC deserves to get a bone from time to time, but in my opinion, her neglecting him IS the bone, he wants the neglection and the teasing, she cares and loves him enough to know some things being "off limits" makes it hotter for him, but regardless I still agree with you, a "reward" for him could be a nice thing to see, this way we can never predict what a scene could be, like you mentioned in your reply.
I agree with you too. That scene where Annie asks you in the morning if everything is fine and isn't too much, leading to you picking whether she should be gentler, meaner, or the same? We need more of that. Just a break every now and then to establish that at the end of the day, they care for you and don't want to do anything that'll make you genuinely uncomfortable.
Maybe a scene where you and Trey pull a prank on some insufferable NPC. Or you and Fiona bonding over... I don't know, swimming? Just scenes where it shows that the off-limits stuff are genuinely respected.

"Unpredictability" is a concept a lot of SPH creators sleep on IMO, especially since one of the main critiques of the genre is how same-y the scenarios get after a while.
