Not much content, walkthrough iss behind a paywall so we don't know how much content is in it, 2 patreon only outfit at the beginning of the game make it seem like this is just another person looking for a quick buck.

No way to earn gold so you're stuck with the first 5 gold and you can only use it to buy 1 potion from the inn in the town you visit at the end of the game.

Why have a shop this soon in making the game if you can't buy anything or make money.

The talents are just strange becaue you can't even earn most of them without cheating.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself considering how early it is in the process of this. Good writing so far and hope it keeps going on further and doesn't become yet another great potential, no result game

Far to many complaining about it being buggy(no shit welcome to development) and are faced with the realisation that they can't just max their stats via console and have to actually play the game as its intended(the shock)

    Not worth the Hype :|

Tries too hard to make the Game in to a AAA type of thing.. when in reality it is a glitchy, over complicated mess of a porn Game.

Also.. The developer seems pretty greedy when I looked through the Patreon benefits and such. I support a lot of creators through patreon .. that seem worth my money so to speak.. but nope.. this just seems like a cash multi year cash grab that will probably cost you thousands of dollars and not really give you equal value.

I am just going to move along and find something else to spend my time and money on lol

Great game. Really... Well, you have to work through ton of bugs, 'glowing' version is slow as hell (unless you run it in Firefox), but overall it totally worths it. Just run it in Firefox)).
I really hope the autor manage to complete the story. In which i have some doubts, to be honest as it is progressing really slow.

Edit: Sep 15th, 2021, When I originally subscribed to @Violet Kitten 's Patreon back on Nov 27th, 2020 the Anti-cheat system was still very much in effect, to be frank, it was understandably frustrating I paid money for an extra feature while the anti-cheat system was still triggering with the cheat version provided. This is in the past now. The anti-cheat system has since been removed. I've come back to edit and change this review to reflect this for honest clarity. At the time of writing this, I haven't played the game without the anti-cheat removed, hence three Stars I'll continue to update this review to reflect my experience.

Old Review: I paid for the Gold Patreon addition, which included a bouns cheat gold feature, cool, I liked the writing and story so I wanted to support it and get something extra. However, using said feature triggers a deliberately placed anti-cheat feature that ends the game. Absolutely unacceptable, it's a single-player game, who cares what someone does with the version they paid for since it isn't hurting other players. The developer tries to justify this by saying you can play without the cheats. Not the point, the point is to let people play how they want. The anti-cheat feature even has been activating for people who don't even use cheats.

This felt like a waste of time. The choices are inconsequential and all the skill checks require you to have only spent points in the required skill. Then there's the "realistic" dialogue which is just "every man wants to rape her, every woman is jealous of her".
The trait system and the item selection system don't work either. I got to a point where I needed 3 points in melee to avoid something especially bad happening. I had two because I spent my third point on compassion, trying to get my sister a date.
"No problem," I thought! "I got a potion that raises my melee by one temporarily. I'll just chu-" only to find that the potion I was given in the earlier scene wasn't in my inventory.
The vampire segment almost feels worse. You have no agency on how things turn out beyond whether you want to kick a ghoul in the dick or not.

TL;DR = this game is overcomplicated. Frustrating artificial walls created by many variables. It also has Anti-cheat!

    Story: 2/5
    - I think the plot has some potential, but its hard to enjoy the story, when you are getting sidetracked by bad gameplay.
    - Game is in early development so main storyline isnt very long.

    Art: 3/5
    - Choice of images and video files is hot. Unfortunately they have really low resolution.
    - I understand why there is low resolution of images and videos in Online version, but why same low quality in Offline version??
    - Game suffers because its mostly optimized to be played on mobile phones. If you play on desktop or laptop, then you will see HUGE letters and small images. If you play on mobile phone then its okayish.

    Gameplay: 0/5
    - Gameplay is huge disaster. Very frustrating.
    - Game has a lot of choices, but you will be unable to make them because you will not meet stats requirements.
    - Game has many stats and many stats checks. Unfortunately you can only get few stats in one playthrough. This turns game into complicated mess where you can hardly influence what you want to do. Basically its frustrating artificial wall.
    - The game also contains certain routes. You have to invest in one specific stat and do certain things to actually feel any progress.
    - Perhaps the game has more to offer, but its hard to progress. There is a lot of branching in routes. Author understands logic behind decisions and variable checks, because author programmed it. But normal players play it blind and will most likely end up frustrated. When you need an explanation from author to do something (pay $$$ on his Patreon for walkthrough), then the game is clearly doing something wrong.
    - This game has also goddamned ANTI-CHEAT!!! Seriously?!!
If you get frustrated by lack of progress, if restarting game 4 times didnt help you and you still fail to do the actions you want, then you cant solve it by altering variables. Frustration overdrive!
    - There are bugs! Unfortunately problem with bugs is expanded by faulty Anti-cheat. (when you encounter a bug then Anti-cheat might give you "Game Over")

    To sum it up:
I really wanted to enjoy the story, but I couldnt. You cant do this, you failed to do that. It got frustrating very fast.
At this point game is not worth playing. Perhaps in future after story progresses and after author fixes annoying things.

It seems to have good writing but it runs terribly slow on any browser, even with barely any media (images/videos). I can't bring myself to play it, when it takes about 10 seconds to load each single page. It completly ruins the pace of the game.

Let me preface this review by stating that there does seem to be a lot of promise with this game. The characterization is intriguing and the plot development is decent. This is the sort of game I would support on Patreon -- the problem however is the price. The game is presented free here, of course, though in a limited format, but the game feels far too unpolished and incomplete to warrant paying $50/month to experience the entirety of the content as it's developed. I'd pay $50 total for a completed game, but regrettably in its current state Revamped Bloodlines has too many flaws to invest in: the story is too brief (this is more of a proof of concept than a prototype game), there are too many story options that are impossible without the $50 version's cheats (suggesting that the base game is not the intended player experience), there are typos, and some missteps in UI design in my opinion. For example, while the distinction afforded by multiple colors is good, they're too glaringly different -- in my opinion a softer gradient would be more appealing. Additionally, there's some sort of odd performance hit, maybe with how the JS is being called from the HTML. I'm not sure, but I'm running this from a m2 drive on an i7 9700K with 32GB of DDR4. I should not be seeing any sort of slowdown, unless something in the code is making online ACK calls and is tripping verification by local AV or Anti-malware software.

This title has a lot of potential. You can see the sincere desire of the dev to make a good game. But there are some significant hurdles to overcome first. I recommend a "wait and see approach" before you invest in this game at the hefty price points available, especially for a genre of game that is lousy with unfinished efforts by other devs.

Great first outing in my opinion.

The storyline is very solid , conveying just enough detail to build up the world and backstory without losing the reader's interest, and all the branching points feel natural and in-character. I'm very interested at how the vampires will be introduced.

The sex scenes and other erotic events are also very well written. I particularity enjoyed having her sneak through the camp naked (I'm a sucker for a good embarrassed nude female story) and hope that it gets expanded upon in the next update, or at least more similar events be added.

I do think the skill point system could use some tweaking, maybe add a few more skill-dependant events or a way to earn a few points, but given how early in the story it is I'm sure it will be improved upon in due time.

All in all this has a lot of promise and I can't wait for the next update.
