This would mean that, if the Jessica route gets delayed, we would only get the "side route" with Beth, Morticia and Summer, I mean, I'm OK with that.

Good stuff, the animations are really improving.
BUT no Jessica/Trish content. That'll come later when he's finished the last CGs. Looks like he wanted to get something out before the end of the month even though he wasn't quite ready.
