So I just played 4.1. Short little update with Beth and Space Beth and Morty with Space Beth. The dialogue is ridiculous as always, but it is leagues better than last year's crummy update BY FAR. Was it worth the wait? Eh.
Anyway, like the night at the motel with Beth, Morty, and Summer, yet again it's too dark for the characters to recognize eachother yet this time around Beth recognizes Morty while Morty can't recognize either the two Beths in bed. Ridiculous. Hell, Morty even says her feet is rougher and she feels tighter than usual. And just like last year's update, it ends when it feels like it's on the verge of something great. Great.
I'm assuming we're going to see the Matrix Summer we see in Season 8 in this game sometime soon...ish. Maybe next year. Ferdafs will come up with some ridiculous scenario to get Morty to bone her.

Well damn, I actually thought this was dead for good this time.
First thing I noticed was going from over 16GB to just over 2GB. Lots of image compression. The Renpy mod could be up by Sunday, he said, but didn't mention size.

The 16GB thing on the last version was a packing issue. Ferdafs didn't put the files into the data.unity3d file (a sort of zip file), so instead we had all the unpacked game assets, which are huge. If you zip v4_0, it shrinks back down to 1.4GB.
As to the file size for the renpy update? I haven't done the compression work for it yet, so I can only guess, maybe 15-20mbs on the update only file?
