yeah, you have to go to morty's bedroom at night to get thr Jessica scene

Apparently, both stories are connected to Morticia. You unlock the first part by talking to her in Morty's room. After that, you can do Jessica's event by going to bed early at night. Weirdly enough you can only go to bed during the night but not later.
