Just curious where you got that info ?
Someone mentioned Unity had a bug on Mac that would be patched next summer (sounds strange)
but I have not heard that F's taking a break - nothing on blog/phatreon/itch...
Dunno about Mac and no idea where that info's coming from, but early March would be a safe bet IMHO.
A small update was supposed to come shortly after the 3.4 release to include Tricia content that he couldn't get to work right, but that clearly hasn't happened. Between the silence and the holidays/end of year, the creator is likely either too busy and hasn't had the time to do it, or just hasn't finished solving the problem. My money's on the latter.
Big updates are generally every 2-3 months, so I think it's best to assume that he can't get the Tricia content fixed easily and will incorporate it in 3.5 by March.

That says they are struggling with Mac ,it can't be fixed until summer.
Tricia and mindblowers PC release asap, which likely means January.
A bit surprised they had to borrow a Mac for testing...
