To the best of my knowledge, it's mostly Morty (the protagonist) cheating on girls and sleeping with girls who have boyfriends. There are options for the girls to sleep with other guys, but those are easily skippable, and not as frequent.

It's just a really well made porn game. Rick and Morty wouldn't be my first choice for porn game adaptation either, but if you can accept that, the game is well written (especially the characters), funny and has a huge array of unique sexual situations. I'm fairly open minded when it comes to porn game art (it's more cerebral for me) so this might be that lack of bias talking, but I like the art here well enough. It doesn't blow my socks off or anything, but it does the best job I can imagine of pornifying the R&M artstyle without turning it into something else, and there's just so much of it.
Idk man maybe your imagination has yet to reach its full potential. Or maybe I saw the potential for this way too early on in the show. I went searching for rick and morty porn and found this game, rule 34 baby.

She also mentally wonders how many times before and/or after it also happened. Now Tricia could ask if Summer let Morty cum inside her again. And if she at least practices birth control. Or if she wants to get pregnant by Morty? Summer could either lie embarrassingly or remain silent. This could either make Tricia say or think that this only makes her more aroused and makes her want to have sex with Morty even more. After that, when Summer confronts Tricia about portal sex with Morty, she might as well ask a few questions. First, what kind of sex did Tricia have with Morty exactly? Anal, vaginal, blowjob.... Which leads Tricia to confess that she had vaginal sex with Morty. Then Summer could ask if he cummed inside her. Which is clear from Tricia's reaction. I know I said I wasn't gonna talk about slicing much (and honest, I won't after this) but I do have some interesting findings to share along with sort of a possible change in release goals. So if you care at all about smaller file size (or possibly higher quality images (or are just curious watching me descend into madness, read on! (or not... up to you...)))
So, I've just finished slicing Day 26, Scene 1 (Hot Tub) and an important question I want to answer is, how much actual space am I saving here? On the surface is seems fairly straight forward. Unsliced (and uncompressed) the master files of this one scene take up 253MB of space (or about 1/5th of the release size of the compressed game). That's pretty big.
So, after slicing, how much now? A mere 36.9MB, pretty damn good. But, wait, how much did the original compressed files take up?... Fuck, 25.1MB?! The compressed files without slicing are smaller! Okay, but, what if I compress the sliced files?... Oh, now we're getting somewhere, down to 5.88MB.
Okay, well, that isn't nothing in space saving... But holy shit, that scene was HUGE (and has the most images in an one scene in whole game) and it took FOREVER to slice. So, is it worth it, really? Am I really going to spend literally hundreds of hours on this for such small gains?
Short answer is still probably yes...
I'm gonna do some monkey math here and make a big guestimation (a very, very, rough guess). Let's say slicing provides an 85% (253MB / 37MB) reduction in size, and compression another 85% (37MB / 5.8MB) on top of that, how much aprox space will I be saving in total?
Some quick spreadsheet formulas and copy paste, and... total compressed size of all sliceable files, (drumroll)... ~145MB. That is down from a current compressed size of 516MB, and down from an uncompressed size of 5.8GB (again, this is only counting sliceable files, there is around another 1.5GB of images that can't be sliced). Also for funsies, the new uncompressed size would be around 860MB (for a total of ~2.4GB of uncompressed images).
So, what does this non-sense all mean... It means I may end up releasing a less compressed version (video files are still too big not to compress), or at least a higher res file pack, and a new release size of something like 800MB for the fully compressed game. Again a lot of that math is guess work, so it will most likely be a bit higher, but that's pretty good.
Anyhow, I'm not sure yet and actually would love some feedback from anyone who cares about higher quality image files. (assuming you dug in and read this whole thing...)

Love it, I think that can be a great inclusion into that scene (playing off past player choices to open up dialogs paths). No art required, which is always my favorite kind of edit!
Unfortunately, I didn't track the ending choice for her (as I highly doubt we are going to see the character again), but I could use the in-scene variable to trigger this dialog. Again, another fairly easy one, so I should be able to slip it in (that's what she said).
I actually did consider this as an option. However, since this segment is animated, editing work on it would be much harder (if Morty forced himself on her, I doubt Beth's expression would be as happy). Technically I could do it as stills (also a lot of effort to make), but I'm not sure how worth it that scene would be (I try not to use stills as an alternative to an animation when one exists). I'm still adding it onto the list, because I think it could work in the scene, but it is very unlikely to be worked on any time soon. I really wish I had a better tool for changing animations, but for now the best I have is 1 frame at a time by hand.
Honestly, I started playing this game because I wanted to play a Rick and Morty-themed game, and if it was a porn game so be it. Even now the in-between scenes dialogue is one of my fav parts. (But, yep, it's a pretty sexy game, no meme here.)

If you're on windows, open up a file explorer type "%appdata%" (no quotes, or C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\) into the address bar. Find the RenPy folder, find RMAWH-1601779150, and that should be your saves. No idea for other platforms.
If i may, can we also make it more explicit that Summer kinda wants to get pregnant from Morty, like her actually saying this?

Short answer, probably not (yet, at least...)
(Much) Longer answer...
I need to review the dialog to see what I actually want to write for this scene. However, it's not likely to contain confirmation of anything. i.e. Summer's response to Tricia asking if she want's her little brother to get her pregnant, will most likely be "I don't know". Very in character for Summer, but not what the audience would prefer to hear. Like most of what is already in the game it's will probably be more "fear of" rather than confirmation of.
Yes, I know that is a let down (it is actually frustrating for me too!), and it might seem odd to say, since I'm not adding it, but I really want the pregnancy confirmation/discussion between characters to happen too.
The problem is, Ferdafs needs to progress that aspect of the story first (either adding it, or clearly cutting it out (either is fine (although I'd prefer it being added as that would be WAY less effort for me (maybe...)). Once that happens, then at least I know the limitations are of what I can change. A lot of the early game has been changed so much because I knew where it was headed.
As I've sort of said again, and again, there are certain plot elements I really don't want to move forward beyond the current story of the game. And, unfortunately, mostly everything to do with pregnancy (talking about it with Morty, telling him they are pregnant, showing bellies, ect...) is all just in limbo for now.
There is lots of stuff I want to do with it, and at some point when I know more about where stories are headed (and I know this sort of sucks) I may even go back into past days and let that conversation happen earlier (that is not a 100% thing, just a maybe... I don't know yet (which is the whole issue)).
Morticia is the only character I've really pushed the boundaries of for this (she has clearly told Morty she wants his kids and wants him to knock up her and other girls), and I mostly feel okay for her for two reasons. One I've already done huge re-writes to her. And two, even if this moment does come about for her in the Unity version, because her character is so different already, its a scene I know I'll have to re-write no matter what. But I don't want that for every character.
Beth, Summer, Jessica, Tricia, are still fairly close to how they are in the Unity game. Summer is really the only one with any large character drift, in that I tried to make Ethan less of a thing for her in the Renpy version.
So... long answer short (WAYYYY too late). Yes, I want it to happen. No, it isn't the time yet.
