im on windows 10 and i downloaded the file for windows/linuxWhat version of windows ?
..and more importantly, which file did you download ?
Yeah, an update back in March.... >.>Fredafs gave us an update: Currently working on large update and including the Vindicators, all ladies from that arc... nice
"Take over" was never really in the cards for this project, and is sadly beyond my ability to do (even if it was something I wanted). I'm (primarily) porting a game from Unity to Renpy, not drawing the art, making the animations, or writing the story. Sure, I make edits, but that is not the same thing by miles. (I've given it a go with the conclusion and that hasn't gone great for me...)Crazy how Night Mirror could be making literal life-changing money if he took over and accepted payments
If I may make a suggestion. A lot of free text only games are popular right now (mostly HTML but I have seen others). If you want to try your chops a just writing and see how you enjoy that, it might be a good option."Take over" was never really in the cards for this project, and is sadly beyond my ability to do (even if it was something I wanted). Additionally, adding in money really changes expectations, both for me and players. Right now it's: "hey, look at this! It's free, can you believe someone is crazy enough to put in so much effort for free?!" to: "WTF? Why is there still no update?! What are we even paying you for?!!?! SCAM!!"
I don't believe taking money, or taking over the project, would end in a way that is really that great for anyone. The main reason I'm doing things the way I am, is because that's the limit of what I can do.

That's a real shame because based on Ferdafs sketchy BS this game will probably just crash and burn in the future like Amity Park, Something Unlimited is becoming sketchy and trying shit that well we'll just see how it goes, all other DC games pretty much just suck, The Lewdest house is full of bugs and lacks decent content. Every game that's based on parody of shit that holds massive potential gets lit on fire and burns to the ground and since your game has always been better than Ferdafs, literally anyone who plays Ferdafs just comes here to escape the bugs and have an all around better experience playing. I do like your premise of doing it because of passion and not money if more people thought like you we probably wouldn't have so many shitty games, of course I've seen quite a few people complain in the WTF manner mostly because it went from a free game to paid or the dev dropped their original premise and began catering to people who simply throw money at them forgetting that art isn't about money it's about expression. or they go from weekly updates to yearly updates in a slowly transgressional manner with each update becoming worse than the last. I'm not sure what hasn't gone well for you with the conclusion but other than it feeling a bit rushed of a story line closer, it's pretty much the same as Ferdafs work. Perhaps you're pressuring yourself too much or maybe the best option to make the best game would be a partnership between you and Ferdafs, though with taking a year break with not so much as a single comment on any of their shit that may not be a good idea for you since they'll likely just throw the gas on you too so you burn with them when it crashes. I don't really know but if you ever stopped making the remake of Ferdafs they would get dropped by a lot of people immediately and with everyone only paying attention to Ferdafs because of your remake it really doesn't seem fair to you that they get all the money when you're like an unpaid maid walking behind them cleaning up all their BS. Edit Remembered this after posting the comment but I guess there is 18Titans which hasn't shit on themselves yet and hopefully they don't in the future, is still decent in the parody department."Take over" was never really in the cards for this project, and is sadly beyond my ability to do (even if it was something I wanted). Behind the Dune is good if you think about the year it came out. Other good parodies are Project: Possible and Null Hyphotesis. The thing with parodies is that they shoehorn sandbox really hard when they shouldn't. Also, Lewdest House is quite good as they are just starting. I know that this is random and a bit off topic, but I wanted to say thanks for mentioning these parody games. They seem pretty good or atleast interesting to check out.Behind the Dune is good if you think about the year it came out. Other good parodies are Project: Possible and Null Hyphotesis. Didn't project possible get dropped after only like 6 updates? Lewdest house was buggy like Ferdafs when I played it. Behind the Dune I never got into though I tried to play it, it didn't catch my interest. There were a couple other Titan games and others but they changed the entire story and game after a couple updates. There was a Titans game where you were supposed to be a new hero or some shit just joining the titans but by update 2 or 3 they changed it to where you were robin so they just ended up ripping off 18Titans. Most of the parodies that are decent are either old and no longer worked on or they just got dropped altogether by the Dev, but the sandbox problem is definitely what fucks them most of the time. Never made it so Idk how hard it is but non parody games seem to work it out or not have the same amount of problems in the first place. The Null game looks OK but not into X Men or really any marvel, Stan Lee has too fat of a ego for me to be interested in his shit. Haven't even seen a single Avengers movie or anything in that entire franchise. Thanks for the recommendation though. Edit Never mind Project Possible is still going it just for some reason didn't pop up the the search results on this site even though it is on this site.Behind the Dune is good if you think about the year it came out. Project Possible is the Kim Possible parody by Leroy2012 that's on patch 15 now. I agree the Titan games and Something Unlimited were jank af. Didn't like their storylines at all. if what i read from this is true then you are working on an update to your remake though its not what you are best at you do make really good stories and i almost cant wait to see what is gonna happen next but please and this is more likely than not gonna sound a bit paradoxical but dont 1. rush and 2. not that i think you ever have with these but drag your feet since as far as i can tell that is what ferdafs does a bit(sorry about what spelling errors you find if you find some) and sorry if i seem like a jerk for saying this stuff not my intentionProgress Report for Part 6 (conclusion content):
I haven't set up a new task list for r4.0 yet, as I still don't have content for it or a release date (or really any new info for it (there is no release date info in this post. If "when is game update?!?!?!" is all you care about, you don't need to read any further)). I do have a progress report to share for Part 6 (for anyone who has forgotten (or doesn't care), that is the next conclusion installment).
As of today I have FINALLY finished all the primary images (and animations) for Part 6. That means that, in the event we get a June content drop from Ferdafs (unlikely, but I'll die before I give up on this hopeium) there is a high chance Part 6 content could also be included.
I still have a bunch of work that needs to go into it (right now it's just background images with no posing, or movement, or expressions). And it needs a LOT of love in the editing area. But I don't need to draw any more primary art elements for it! YAY! (art has been the hardest part for me to motivate on).
Below is a bunch of (whiney) rambling about some of the behind the scenes struggles I've had with Part 6. If you don't care about that, no need to read on. (no actual spoilers about the content)

Hopefully we'll get v4.0 this month, but if not, there is always next month! Or next... or next...
Anyhow, thanks for being awesome!
