Glad you enjoy the new update!ormuz89
Another enjoyable update! I like the addition of the Reality Lens to the quest log, making it slightly less tedious to find. I enjoyed the scenes with Sarah (would like more of her at some point (although, in a more rebellious way, as that is her character trait)). And hide and go fuck with Beth was a lot of fun, even if I had to wander around to do it. I'm excited to see where the story goes next!
As always some suggestions (take/ignore as desired):
- I still think the quest log shouldn't be a button, but rather a small blurb of text in that location (that the player can toggle hide/show on), so that I don't have to click into quest log over and over and over. Epically when it only ever has one item in it.
- I still think there should be some sort of indicator icon when exploring the house that indicates which room will advance the story, so that player can either beeline for it, or don't accidentally advance, leaving things behind.
- For the Gallery:
- First page of the gallery has a back button, that has the same function as menu button (same on the last page). Either the back button should be hidden on the first page (and the next button on the last page), or wrap around to the last page (or first page). Having it return to main menu is an odd behavior.
- Overall I like the new gallery design, but I have some suggestions for it (perfectly functional without any changes):
- It would be nice if the other buttons didn't hide when opening a chapter gallery, instead dimming out, but still clickable.
- I also think slightly smaller buttons and two column (per season) would make navigation a bit easier. That would fit all the gallery buttons for each season onto a single page. (and reality lens on its own page?)
- I also suggest moving the next/back arrows into the gallery icon column (at the top or bottom), along with the menu button so that all the navigation is in the same area.
- Adding a banner that says "Season 1" and changes to "Season 2" when clicking next.

Looking forward to the next update! Keep up the great work!
I'll give the quest log and the indicator a good think, it's not that I don't like the idea, it's just that at this point (and because of me) it would be a tedious job to code, but let's see what I can think of.
The gallery had its first improvement, I still have another idea to apply to it, I just wanted to leave a template to make my life easier in the future and well... I really hated how it looked before. I really liked your arrangement of the buttons, that would clean it up a little space on the screen for the next improvement that I have in mind, I don't want to ruin anything but let's just say that I'm not very happy with that large black space that still remains in the background.
And well, as always, thanks for your recommendations! Listening to other perspectives always clears the way.
