Amusing, but I think the causation is probably in the other direction - they're too busy with the batshit insane work culture over there, that makes Amazon look like it values work/life balance in comparison, to pursue relationships, so they have to work out all their sexual urges through porn. Which means they need more and more extreme fetishes to keep getting off, which leads to the popularity of not only NTR, but also loli/shota, rape (regular and tentacle flavor), and the REALLY fucked up shit like ryona, guro, vore, and whatever the hell you call that godforsaken Cow's Head story in that one anthology manga about erotic twists on internet-age Japanese urban legends (if you don't know what I'm talking about, seriously, do not look it up. You've been warned.).
So is ntr completely unavoidable and what kind of endings are there?

The last 2 ANIM.teamMM games were disappointing and no matter where I read it everyone says this is one of the worst they've ever made, that's sad, they used to make such good games, i wonder whats happen...

That is correct though there have been efforts to correct this and make it so that NTR refers solely to netorare. I think up to a year ago the same errors were still being made as well as a few others such as calling netori reverse NTR. There has been a guide posted but I don't think many people look at it. For example, the bitch wife and a few other games of that kind were tagged NTR about a year ago but have since been fixed. Although I haven't played it one of the harem games is also tagged NTR but its one of those ahegeo rape harem games so I highly doubt its actually NTR. Why do I know this because despite disliking NTR I've checked nearly everyone just in case its netori cause that's what I like.
